I bought my dress from this company and the dress came out looking so cheap!
If you're going to sell cheap dresses, please take photos of the cheap material you use and not stolen professional photos of actual wedding websites!
Alex has such horrible customer service and refuses to barely give any money back.
It's basically fraud for selling products that don't match the picture you're selling. So if you're having a problem with this company, you can call your bank and dispute the charge because it is fraud. ESPECIALLY if the seller won't compromise with you. At the end of the day, you're the buyer and they wouldn't even be a company without you. So you should be treated as such. It's such a shame companies like this still exist.

China based criminal website, their email address is not legit and they will NEVER answer the phone or respond to your messages. IF, IF they send you a dress it wont be the 1 on the Picture. Never got a refund.

I order a dress online from dressafford.com and not only did it take 2 months to get here, when I received my dress there was a rust colored stain on the back of it and it also looked nothing like the dress in the picture at all. I emailed the customer support team where they told me that they were sorry about the stain and they would give me 10% refund or if I returned the dress completely they would only give me 80% refund and I have to pay for shipping back to CHINA. I knew I was taking a chance by ordering a wedding dress online but this has been Such a unprofessional experience and I am warning you that the dresses don't look like the picture and if you try to return it you won't get that much of your money back. Also the support team is very unprofessional and there is no customer service phone number to call its only a email address. Don't do it!

I ordered my daughter's dress and received it in two weeks. Based on this I ordered two wedding dresses. I tried calling them but no one ever answers. Emails are returned with pictures of assistants that are stock pictures of models easily found in a google image search. As a result I grew weary and maintained frequent communication with the company via email, especially after the coronavirus outbreak. I recently got an email reassuring me that I would receive my dresses on time. Then suddenly that same day an hour or so later I got another email stating that material was out of stock (for both totally different dresses) and that I would be issued a refund. Just like that I was left without a wedding dress and stuck trying to find someone that will make one with no time left. I should have been informed a lot sooner that they could not fulfill orders due to the virus and not the very unlikely excuse of the material being out of stock, especially since that would mean they were out of stock for the material of most of their dresses. The reduced price was too good to be true.

Each time I tried this on for friends or family they sighed because it's so beautiful and I feel that I look beautiful in it. My adult son said he felt a little teary-eyed. Look, I'm nearly 60 years of age, 5'3" and not a skinny-minnie by anybody's gauge, but this gown suits me and my frame so it would look great on anybody. And at under $180, free shipping, you can't go wrong. The back is as gorgeous as the front, looks like the goddess Aphrodite might wear it. I ordered a size too big on purpose, then had it altered to fit. Heavy yet elegant beadwork bodice. Pretty row of buttons on the back covering the sturdy zipper. Two layers of skirt, shortish train. Waist is sort of empire style so the chiffon skirt flows and hangs beautifully flattering, not emphasizing the belly. Take a chance on this dress. It's almost magic, the beauty of it.

Please avoid dressafford. I initiated a return and have had no response since. I have sent several emails and called the number which tells me to put in a number and then each time it disconnects. The dresses are vaguely like the photos with careless and poor attention to detail. Fabric pieces are sized large then made for smaller sizes. Huge seams for illusion sleeves and still too big. No way to wear these at an event. I'm uncertain whether I could even sell these to anyone and feel good about it. The grossly uneven applique work can't even be repaired because it was attached with what I believe to be fabric glue.

I wanted a long sleeve, high neck, elegant yet simple and comfortable dress. This picture portrayed all of that, and the model sitting looked like it allowed for a lot of movement without being constricted. That was not the dress I received. Most importantly, the silhouette is supposed to be a "sheath" (stated in the dress description). What I received was clearly a trumpet style. Once I tried it on I could barely breath. It was so stiff and tight around the waist and hips that sitting was difficult without it bunching up around the waist because I had to pull it up to sit. I ordered the dress with custom measurements so I couldn't send it back. What a disappointment! I knew ordering this dress was a risk since I found this same one on 7 different sites with the same website design as dressafford. Take it from me, your dress is only going to be as good as the dressmaker can copy what's in the picture. As soon as I ordered, I did get an email letting me know the payment processed. The site did update when the dress was in production and when it shipped. No one contacted me and I didn't attempt to contact them either. Perhaps that makes the difference in getting the dress as close to the picture (based on the 5-star ratings for this dress), I will never know. I wonder too where the reviews came from as I did not find a way to submit my own. I did contact them to find out. When the dress arrived it was folded in a zipped up small plastic bag inside a DHL plastic pouch. Minor details I guess, esp since it was fairly inexpensive, but still... this is a huge part of "your special day" and they could have at least sent it in a box (oh right, shipping is free). I did end up finding my dream dress from azazie.com for not much more than this one, which DID come in a box and in that box it was on a hanger in a zipped up garment bag. Best yet, Azazie has a system in place that will mail you the sample dress to try on before you buy for just $15. What a concept!

I can't say enough about this dress! I ordered this for my wedding and it was prefect! I did order one size bigger and it fit like a glove. I enjoyed their 8% off for my full-figured dress, you won't believe that casue other sites will charge you more for plus size orders! I also ordered a 6 hoop petticoat which really helped make the dress. I can't stress the importance of getting the hoops! I'm 5'6" and 215 lbs. I ordered a size 20 and with the hoops, the dress touched the ground which was a little cumbersome as I kept stepping on it. I had flip flops underneath because you couldn't see them anyways and I got married in Vegas so it was hot. The dress came in a tiny bag but flowed perfectly when opened. Because of the design of the dress, there was no wrinkling from shipping. Also I was able to fold the dress and petticoat in a carry-on suitcase with no wrinkling! Seriously, this dress was worth every penny!

I am so impressed with the service that I received! I am 4.5 months pregnant and by the time that my weeding arrives i will be 7 months, needless to say it was terrifying to find a wedding dress - along with being plus size anyway! I spoke with the team when ordering and they were amazing! I needed a little more than what was on the site and they were happy to help and now they have sent me an amazing, beautiful dress.
I was a little worried that the dress wouldn't be what i had seen online or that it would take ages to arrive, I was so happy that they proved me wrong the dress was exactly as I saw and arrived in less than a month!
