I am so very impressed! I had searched everywhere for a dress for an awards ceremony. I went to all the major department stores, the plus size specialty shops, and a few local gown sales places. NOTHING! I was at a loss when I started looking online. I searched for plus size dresses, and this site came up. I really liked their selection and affordable prices. I then narrowed my search for just a line dresses, knowing that's what looks best on me. I was extremely nervous because I only had 2 weeks for the dress to get here, and if it didn't fit, I would be left with nothing. So, I read reviews and thought I'd take a chance. I'm glad I did!
The dress came earlier than expected. I ordered on Dec 1st. I received the dress a few days ago. My shawl had come in a couple days sooner, but it was a separate order because I forgot to order it with the dress. I did not get a custom fit, I ordered the dress just as it measured for a size 26. It fit just as I had expected. I will be wearing a bra with it just because I am going to an event with high school kids, and dont want to seem inappropriate with a little too much cleavage. But if it were for an evening out or an adult cruise, I would have been fine. As everyone else has said, the dress is well made, and is beautiful. I do not wear dresses and don't like clothes shopping period, so this was great to have it arrive and fit. The split in the dress comes to just above my knee, and the length is just perfect for me. I can wear flats and still not drag on the floor. I am about 5'7&. The material is flowy and hangs well. The netting and embroidery at the top is not itchy at all, and sits well. And the top comes right to my neck, so I will not have to worry about wearing a necklace.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress on this website and the dress came in a timely manner. But the dress was 2 sizes too small. I'm a size 4. The material was incredibly cheap. The cost was $108.09. I would never purchase a dress of this material for $100. I would spend $20 on a dress like this. I tried to return the dress and the policy that was sent said they have to take 20% off for shipping. I would have to spend $65 just to send it back to China. The suggestion was to sell it on eBay or craigslist if I chose not to return it or donate it. Total rip off. I still need a dress for the wedding. Scam!

It's perfect. The dress I ordered from them made me feel beautiful and comfortable at the same time.
Because I'm short and have a short torso, I already have in mind of what kind of dress I'm getting. I would suggest to know your body first, the type of dress that suits and compliments your body, and comfort level.
So a little something about me. My body shape is spoon so I would gain weight around my stomach. I'm not particularly comfortable with mermaid dresses because the slim fit would just emphasized what I don't want to be seen. By that, halter tops and other emblishments would make the focus on the torso instead. Since I do get bloated after a meal, I didn't have to worry my stomach peeking because it's perfectly hidden. I was carefree all night.
The dress was sewed and assembled professionally.
The only thing that I questioned was the emblishments because it look like goldish tone on the model but when I unboxed mine it was a little bit off like it was more light yellow orange. After a while of wearing the dress, the beads seems to move around and little bit loose but I didn't mind since it was just a couple of beads.
Additional info:
I chose the color stormy and customized the dress to my size. I am 5'2,110lbs, 32-28-35.5.
Stormy is like a grey-blue color and eventhough I wasn't expecting the beads to be more a little orange it was just luck that both colors compliment each other.

This dress is so pretty. Simple, but classic design. I sent in my custom measurements, and it arrived very quickly and was absolutely perfect. The tailoring was perfect. The satin material does wrinkle though, so be sure to keep it in a large enough storage bag and allow enough time to get it steamed before wearing. No complaints though. I loved the dress. I was iffy about ordering from China, but this particular company was a joy to do business with. Thanks again! Maureen from Texas

Their wedding gown is gorgeous... When it was in the bag I had second thoughts, but after trying it on, the details in it was exquisite. From the minor details you can see that the seamstress spent a lot of time on the details. I also asked which petticoat is best for this dress and the representatives are extremely helpful. This amazing site provides exceptional customer service and their prices are really reasonable. Where else can you find great quality wedding gowns at such competitive rates.

I received my dress today and it's huge. I sent my measurements for a custom dress and the dress arrived st least one size too big. I couldn't even hold it up to take a photo.

The jacket, however is too small. I don't understand how one set of measurements could produce both extremes of too large and too small.

IF it fit, it would be lovely. Right now I'm two weeks away from my wedding and no clue what I'm wearing.

Oh, and custom measurements means no returnsno refund.

IF you use this company I'd allow plenty of time for correcting errors or replacement.

To conclude first, I did really like this dress, and so did my fiancee. Also, the customer service was very very helpful and responsive. The live chat was very very helpful, as they were responding to my questions and they would actually go back to the warehouse and take a picture of the dress so that I could see the dress in both ivory and white.

However, when the dress arrived, I was disappointed at first because:
1) The beads on the dress looked a bit cheap... So I actually took out most of the beads, and just kept some of the small pearls. I liked it after I removed the beads.
2) The size. So the bust, waste, length and everything was perfect as measured (i did the custom-sized dress), but the parts I was not asked to measure (e.g. Neck to chest, chest to shoulder) didn't work for me. The chest-to-shoulder/neck was too long so it looked really big on me. I actually had to sew those areas myself which took some time. However, after I altered it, I liked it much better.

Overall, very nice dress, very well made. I already wore it for my engagement photo, and will also wear it for my lunch reception!

I ordered the Midi Dot Lace Illusion dress July 3rd and it arrived July 29th. I am a size 6 to 8 in US clothing and small busted. I had a seamstress measure me and then compared the measurements to what was listed on line. I decided to go ahead and order the next size up based on the measurements which wound up being a size 12. It is really pretty, however, the petticoat is absolutely not needed as there are already lots of layers to the dress. For me the dress is way too fluffy and the tulle is bunched up in the back of the dress quite a bit. Overall a very pretty dress, but I don't think I will be wearing the dress. Unfortunately, returns are difficult since this is not an American Company and so I will just be selling the dress online.

I ordered a custom measurement dress because I am so short, and what was sent was not at all the dress depicted on the website. What I ordered had a bloused top onto a more fitted skirt that flared after the hipline. So it should have fit at the hip. What I got was a fully gathered skirt onto elastic at the waist. Looked hideous. My hip measurmenet ws 31". Fabric at the hip measured 75"! Looked like a potato sack. Customer service would not take it back, even when I sent pics to show that it was not what I ordered. Offered me 20% refund. I should have thrown $170 down the toilet.

I will be honest, I was nervous about ordering a wedding dress. Ive ordered numerous bridesmaid dresses (which have always turned out to be absolutely gorgeous) from this amazing site but ordering bridesmaid dresses inst has nerve wracking as 'the one'. My nerves were totally unfounded. This dress is STUNNING! I asked for a customization which were accommodated fully & if they couldn't do it they couldn't be more apologetic & offered alternatives.

I would definitely go for ''custom sizing''; if possible. I added a couple of inches here & there to my measurements so the dress just needs a few minor alterations (but thats through my own choice)

The dress itself is surprisingly light weight. I ordered Ivory but its more of an off white which is perfectly fine for me. The detailing on the ''; belt''; is gorgeous.

The tailoring process was super quick! And delivery was even faster.

Would definitely recommend.

We ordered my bridesmaids dresses from this site... my ones bridesmaids dress is so big that no seamstress is willing to touch it.
My matron of honor ordered one dress in her normal size. Was too small reached out to them and they sent a replacement with her paying for it. And the one they sent is even smaller than the first and way too short. Shows her booty!
When I reached out to them, I was told that there is nothing they will do for the extra large one and they have yet to respond in regards to my matron of honors dress issues.

I was very calm and easy going until this BS and now they won't even respond!
$400 down the drain!

BUYER BEWARE the "Dress Afford" return policy. Note that you only have 14 days to return your item AND you only get 80% of original price and no refunds for shipping. I had my dress shipped to the bride so she could check it out for color, and then I did not visit her for about 20 days after receipt since I live in another state. The dress did not fit so I wanted to send it back with tags still on. Dress Afford management refused to accept it back after my plea and explanation. I thought that was very unreasonable and I am now out $139!. Also, I didnt think the dress was a nicely made compared to the photo. Stitching at the cuffs and hem was not well finished. My overall experience was very frustrating and I would never purchase from this company again.
