I ordered a customized size of one of their wedding dresses because the size chart is only made for tall people! Although I am average height (5.3 ft), I didn't fit in the premade dresses' chart. The customer service suggested that I order a customized one which means NO RETURN because it is supposed to be MY SIZE.
Despite that, the dress was not fit. As you can see from the attached pictures, it is too large/loose in the chest area. I needed to have a tailor to make it fit for me. The costs of a tailor in the US is over $300. When I notified dressafford's customer service, I was told that they can only refund $10!
There were also two dirty spots on the dress (see the attached photos) that I needed to send for dry cleaning. Given all that, I had to dispose of this dress and buy another one!

I ordered my wedding dress from Dressafford in April 2019 and was honestly worried about purchasing online until it showed up and I tried it on. It showed up within the time they said it would although the wait killed me... lol. But it wasn't bad to wait just over a month compared to the big stores that tell you up to 6 months. The dress was exactly as pictured and fit perfectly! I will have to take the sleeves in for a more fitted look, which I have absolutely no problem with. I'd rather have the sleeves baggy and know they can be adjusted for a better fit than not be able to get my arms into them. I am very pleased and will be referring them to anyone whom I know has a wedding coming up!

I will be honest, I was EXTREMELY nervous! I ordered the dress and then read more and more reviews and saw that the brides were not happy with their dress. I finally got mine in and it's everything I wanted! The only thing I'd change is maybe a little more length in the front. The dress came in a plastic bag instead of a sturdy box! I opened it up and it was not the dress I ordered!. After a while I figured out the dress was packged inside out. Lol! I finally got to open it and try it on! It fit PERFECTLY! For such a low cost dress, it's literally the best thing ever! Agent Vivian always messaged me back and stayed so patient with me! I would most definitely recommend!

Overall, I would recommend the dress I purchased to others. The color (dusty blue) is about one shade darker than the listed picture. The dress runs a little bit smaller (as mentioned in many other reviews) so I join many others and suggest that you order one size larger. While it's nice that you can customize the dress using extra layers, I feel like the dress feels heavy overall and wish there were no extra layers (not that they add too much weight).

Love it so much, it fits me perfectlyIt is really figure hugging which I love and it flows beautifully too. The material and quality is also really good. I got a size 8 and requested to ignore the bow and the belt since I would use my own. The only thing I could comment on was how the arms are slightly baggy which I still have to adjust myself and the color I got (gold) is a lot more yellow then expected. However, I still love the dress and think it's worth it. Can't wait to wear it. :)

After going through the stressful and unsuccessful process of visiting several bridal boutiques in two different cities, I decided to try ordering the dress online with my own measurements; this saved me money, time and worries. I know I won't be able to get the dress displayed online. I was extremely skeptical about the whole process (payment method, shipping company, waiting time, etc.); however, the support team was extremely helpful and understanding. The adjustments they made to the design were exactly as I had requested them. They managed to make the dress in less than three weeks and it was delivered on time. I hate to say I do not like the dress to be piled in a plastic bag but ecerything is fine when I opened it. The dress works and what more can I expect. :)

I was nervous purchasing without seeing the product first, but Estella was great responding back and forth to achieve the right color. I do wish the tulle was softer, but maybe with another layer it would be fine. Considering the price compared to other tulle skirts, I would definitely recommend. The fit of the skirts to what we ordered were perfect!
