I like to pick and choose my DoTERRA Essential Oils because I use them in my Petal Diffuser in my bedroom. The Vitamins are okay. But having to take them four times a day is hard to do. The oils are pricey. But they last a long time. The roll ons like Cheer are wonderful.

I love Doterra
July 28, 2020

I have been using these oils for three years amd have never had an issue! Customer service is amazing. I'm not sure where all these bad review are coming from because I have never experienced anything bad. Customer service has always been excellent.

Best product ever
July 25, 2020

Most tested and most trusted. Saved my boys health issues. Never heard of essential oils but once we received the DōTERRA oil kit, it changed our life. Don't have a pediatrician anymore, and with 4 kids that says a lot.

These doTERRA oils are horrible smelling. If I'm at anyone's home that uses these oils I smell like these oils and have to wash clothes several times to get the odor out. I only buy organic essential oils off of Amazon. With several companies and plenty of reviewers guiding me along my way to the perfect scent.

Had lots of ecssential oils, forgot about these for 4 years. All my other sealed oils from Now, rising sun, etc are sealed and same age in same box and to the top. The doTerra oils are nearly gone. I had about 10 more and they are all at the same low level.

Fantastic quality!
March 7, 2020

Where do i start? The oils are fantastic, they are a tad pricey initially when your first introduced to the brand but honestly when you consider how many drops are in each bottle and then the quality of the oils, they are worth every cent. They have many programmes that they provide support towards helping change lives for the better. I honesly can say doTERRA has changed my life for the better. Theres no pressure to purchase and use products your bot interested in. A great overall company.

Not worth the money!
February 8, 2020

I paid what I consider a small fortune for one of their small essenyptial oil bottles and was assured that a couple of drops will have me excited with the fragrance. Well far from it!

I just keep dropping oil so much so to use it all up and start again.

Would not recommend the product.

I bought the 15ml Balance essential Oil bottle.

Never again

Doterra started out well but in the last year they have really watered down their oils. Past Tense to be particular. It used to help muscle soreness and warm up but now it just stinks. The smell isn't the same the feeling isn't the same it's just watered down crap. It's another greedy company just after their bottom dollar. Definitely buyer beware and a total letdown. Don't waste your money people!

Great oils!
November 21, 2019

My mother gave me the difusser and the lavanda oil because I have troubles relaxing while I'm falling asleep. My friends love the smell in my room when they come to visit me.
I have to say that is one the gifts I've ever received! I thought it wasn't going to work like any other oil but now I'm a fan haha

As I was checking out today, I checked my cart and paid, as I pressed pay I saw they had automatically added an annual membership fee into my cart without warning, or asking permission to proceed. Customer service apologized that their is no warning but said too bad they can't refund... I find this disappointing. I have been a customer for years, but I did not wish to renew this time due to finances.

I bought several essential oils from a neighbour who sells them. A week of daily drinks of water with wild orange (One drop in a litre of water) gave me cystitis. One drop of cinnamon bark is way too strong to use in anything. Food tastes bitter rather than of cinnamon and the smell from a diffuser is quite unpleasant. It is therefore, of no use at all.
The wild orange and lemon I now use in the washing machine and in ironing spray.

Excellent oils, very strong, we use OnGuard on our kids and it is amazing on how they stay healthy when all the other kids in their class are sick. I would recommend you try this product before writing a review. I have used this on many other ailments and have only good things to say. Stay away from other oils that say "Pure" but are diluted with synthetics. You get what you pay for.

SCAM!
October 23, 2018

I was charged for products I did not order. Please know do terra is a multi marketing company ( it is the Amway of essential oils)
The products are overpriced and over rated. Please don't think these oils cure things; they don't. The sales rep tried to convince me the oils will cure seizures. Crazy! This is corrupt company. STAY AWAY!

Beware of Doterra
July 3, 2018

I was charged for oils I did not order on my credit card without my permission. I was then told I would get a refund, although they did not refund me correctly. The company promised to refund postage but later refused. Overall, this was a very traumatic experience. Do not use Doterra!

Horrible Company
March 24, 2017

I signed up with doTerra a few weeks ago. It's been a horrible experience to say the least. The wellness advocate who signed me up took 35 dollars in cash from me and pocketed it. DoTerra has no record of me paying the money. To make matters worse this woman used my credit card information and placed a doTerra order under my name. DoTerra's responded with" We are sorry you are unhappy " Unhappy is NOT the word I would use. This company is a joke.

I happened to come across a DoTerra price list. WHOA! It was insane!

I obtain my Essential Oils that are 100% pure therapeutic grade at HALF the price. In speaking with the few people I have met promoting DoTerra, they claim that the oils I am obtaining at half the price can not possibly be as good as DoTerra. Really? Is the problem perhaps that DoTerra is simply charging twice as much for the same quality oils?

The DoTerra reps have simply been brainwashed into thinking their oils are better when they are in fact no better than where I purchase mine.

Are there poor quality oils out there? Absolutely!

When any DoTerra rep actually humbles themself and tries the oils I buy, they immediately switch stores. And why not? Who doesn't want the same quality oils at half the price?

I think doTerra is a marginal company AT BEST. Their "virtual office" is impossible to use, it's your basic MLM that is very poorly structured so a customer like me just always has this little carrot dangled in front of my face the get something free, but it never happens. They do have a super cool cod water diffuser that is great... until it breaks (mine did) and they wouldn't give me free shipping or a discount on the diffuser... so I think I am done buying from doTerra. I just think the company is poorly run and I have a better (non commercial guy) way to buy essential oils.

I've used doterra essential oils for years, but after some extensive research I did in the industry last year I realized that there are many different companies that offer high quality 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils (not just doterra). I took a chance to try out a few different companies and found a replacement source last year that is better quality imo and I have been saving about $80 a month on the amount of oils we use in our family each month. I wouldn't recommend doterra as their MLM marketing model will require them to always overcharge for their oils.

Yup! I am a wellness advocate for doTERRA, BUT I started out as a regular customer for the first 8 months. And can't even imagine ever being without these precious oils now! They have truly changed my life! And I would be crazy not to want to share what I have learned with the world!
