I have not been seeing my family doctor for all three years! I do not have any medications in my home I gave it a try...and it was a blessing for my family and me!
I bought about 500 dollars worth of stuff, and got very little in return. The rewards are not worth anything. I called to see if I could return 2 of the items which were both around 100 dollars they said they could not. When I said ok what rewards do I get for it, the lady said nothing because it was my initial order. Even if it was a "loyalty" order, after spending 500 dollars, I would have received a whole dollars worth in rewards points. Great rewards program. However, it is not great enough to gain my "loyalty."
The company is raping the land and have even hired a man named Hassan who is accused of being a rapist in Africa which they know about and were informed about in 2018 and they continue to support his lying and malpractice by not following through with his agreements with local villages and instead of paying them in cash as promised he gives them food which is absolutely absurd and a total downright malpractice that needs to be fixed immediately before there is no more frankincense left in the world because of them and they will forever go down as being the company that took frankincense away from the world
I have used doTERRA for over 8 years. I haven't had any problems with them or the product. I love that I have natural remedies in my home for my children. I am seriously building my team right now and am very excited to see where I will be in a year with this company!
Go figure, this company and it's products are promoted by a Dr Paul O'Neill. I saw Dr O Neill at a cancer center in Corvallis Oregon. He was a incompetent locum from out of state. I have not been able to varify he even attended medical school. He did the wrong tests and incomplete testing. My info was not entered into the system. Everything he did was incomplete work. Not a trustworthy person. I would not waste money on doTERRA. This so called Dr is associated with other shady web sites designed to take people's money and or steal their identity.
I've been taking the Lifelong Vitality Pack for a couple years using my credit card. I wanted to discontinue my purchase and use my reward points. Im told I can't get into my account because my birthday doesn't jive with the date given at my sign up.? What! My address, my phone number and my credit card all match but somehow a date which could have been accidentally punched in by me or even changed by "someone" to lock me out of my account?!?... Keeps me from changing or withdrawing my order! What a way to trap costomers! This has to be illegal. I am not finished...
Doterra oils don't smell authentic, I have used some the best oils that are from around the world, GCMS tested and smell amazing, I have a friend that gives me doterra oils periodically and they just smell rancid and adulterated. I would not put that on my body.
They claim they help the people they are paying to rape the environment. They do not care about anyone except themselves. Here is a documentary about this horrible company. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wEJvx_L0Ok
They support Asli Meydi! He scams harvesters, Doterra is a part of this giant scam. Hold them accountable!
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and how you do business. If you buy these products you're part of the problem!
Absolutely disgusting company from head to toe. The product is mediocre. It's a pyramid scheme which puts the dealers in debt. The people who actually make the oil live in poverty. It's truelly disgusting. Vice news did a segment on them.
I have never had a problem with dōTERRA customer service, ever. I've been a member since 2017 and I've never had a bad experience with them. I love all of their products, and they actually work well for me and my family. I will say, they are higher priced than I now care to pay, so I keep my monthly orders low. I don't mind paying $25 a year for it, plus a free 15 ML of peppermint! They have a Bogo about 4 to 5 times a year, and they are usually really worth the money. Right now, I have past tense on my neck and head and my pain is gone. I will say, the scent is a little overwhelming. Other than that, I'm a dōTERRA girl.
I had placed orders for $2680 worth of product through their representative, after I had verified through the company that the rep was legitimate. I have been given the run around of oils out of stock, problems with shipping and of course covid. This has been going on since 2018 and still they will not do ANYTHING! I have provided proof of all payments made and will not respond to emails and phone calls.
DO NOT DEAL WITH DOTERRA!
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PYRAMID SCHEME!
As a massage therapist I love the oils and use them daily but what really sold me is the customer service. I have had to call twice in the past four years once for receiving a wrong order and once for a lost package. Both times they were amazing and fixed the issue right away. It's always a real person who is upbeat and courteous.
My problem is with the company, not the product. The way things are set up you have to order something every month. It will not let you empty your cart or remove my credit card info. You have to print a form, sign it with ink, scan it and email it back to them. If you don't they will keep charging you every month. I thought I had submitted my Notice of Termination form correctly but I must not have because they keep charging me. I tried submitting it again. If this doesn't work I might have to block my card and get a new one. They make it so hard to stop ordering. It's aweful. I want nothing to do with them anymore. Honestly, my feelings about the product are tainted by my experience with the company.
I ordered a bottle of DigestZen and they never shipped it so I contacted them and they told me they had no order in my name and that I'd bought it from someone else.
I having been using doterra for quite awhile. It is disappointing on all fronts: ordering, website, delivery, so-called points value. I get oils that are just as good from Plant Therapy and they are much better than doterra in all departments. I only order what I can't find from other companies and I'm tempted to just forget that and deal with researching my own replacements. Don't even go there.
Beware of companies that claim essential oils can be ingested and doesn't use a disclaimer stating they shouldn't be used on children less than 6 years old.
I have been a doTERRA Wellness Advocate for 7+ years. On Nov 14,2021 I changed my Loyalty order to 1 essential oil from a diffuser. I clicked save and ship on Nov 19,2021. Today, 11/25/21, the box was delivered. Inside was a repeat of the diffuser I ordered in October. The diffuser that I deleted on Nov 14 and actually confirmed that the order had changed by logging out of my account then back in to see what was in the order. So today -11/25/21-I get on the chat feature with doterra and asked what is going on. Why was I sent another diffuser. The rep says: I'm sorry that happened and I don't know why, blah, blah, blah. So I ask how I return the diffuser and cancel my account. He says I will have to pay for return shipping. I use profanity and ask why do I have to pay return shipping when doterra f##cked up this order? He tells me to be civil or he will end the chat. So I get the info on returning the diffuser and cancel my account. I will lose 35+ points that I should have been able to use in October because I cancelled my account. Oh and the kicker doTERRA would not allow me to use my points in October or November on essential oils for an unknown reason. Stay far, far away from this company.
Answer: Because people will buy doterra products, pull off the top without damaging it, remove some of the oil and replace it with something else to fill it up again to make a profit. This is not doterra approved
Answer: Scam, the use an illegale piramide scam... illegale scam
