As soon as I opened the package I could see that it looked absolutely nothing like the fabric pictured. I followed the return directions and emailed support at Dorris wedding. They take 2 days to respond to each email and just kept repeating the same thing instead of sending me the return form that must be filled out. Returning to China is expensive so mysteriously they have a "partner" in Mexico where you can send it and also lose all kinds of money. So if you like your money, do NOT order from DorrisWedding. Live and Learn...

I ORDERED A CUSTOM DRESS. INACCURATELY MADE COMPARE THE PICTURES. THE LACE DOESN'T MATCH AND THE SIZE WAS OFF BY INCHES. THEY OFFERED AN INSULTING $10 FOR ALTERING. DRESS COST $239. ALTERATIONS $600-700.7 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING I AM BUYING ANOTHER DRESS. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Bought a dress. Not the same dress from the photo. Diffrent color and cheap material. You have to pay 80-90.00 in shipping to china to send back.

They have a 30-day return policy but delay responding to your request for return until your 30 day limit is up! Deceitful, garbage company. And the dress is crap too! $350 lesson as it's so cruddy I wouldn't even try to sell it to anyone else. Will donate to a high school prom dress organization

I need to return the dress. It's horrible quality. Customer Service is not responding. I've sent three requests for return information and no response. Do not use this company!

I'm getting married in August, I chose this site because I trusted it and seeing the reviews I'm really scared of my first wedding, I'm already in total stress and my dress wasn't ready for delivery and nothing, I just have the date, if I had known I wouldn't have request, I hope they resolve this because I'm getting angrier.This message was on June 17th, 25 days have passed

I ordered a dress in Peacock and then a few weeks later an additional one. The 2 dresses were different colours. For each dress I paid $30 CAD shipping plus $30CAD duty. So far that is $120 CAD for the shipping. When I emailed to complain about the WRONG colour dress sent by THEM, they refused to cover the postage despite them being at fault. The dress itself was only $99 and postage from Canada is going to cost $256CAD via DHL and Canada Post will not currently post to this address. They are adamant that they won't send a return label and that I am expected to cover the costs. Absolutely SCAM company with ZERO care about the customer. Avoid this company at all costs.

From this website, within wedding days couldn't have a wedding dress! The dress for wedding was so beautiful, ordered with the accurate measurements, it worked great and beautifully! In less than 10 days the gown that was ordered, shipped & arrived at house, beyond the imagination its look was perfect! Thanks.
