I was scanning through their website today when I was astounded to come across a photo of a good friend of mine from her wedding ten years ago, wearing her stunning wedding dress, that I know cost her over $2,000. It was listed as a plus size dress (she is a size 10 Ausralian). She looks absolutely amazing in the photo... but there is NO WAY she purchased her dress from this website! Buyer beware!

I ordered this exact dress for my wedding 9/21. I didn't not receive anything that even resembles this dress. But first I spoke with someone via email telling me I won't receive my dress until 9/20 and they have up until 25 day to ship order. I explained that I paid $30 extra rush to get the dress rushed. The person that was messaging me was very rude and insisted they would send the dress on 9/20. I agreed and said I would look for back up dress. By my surprise I receive my dress today 9/6. But it was a completely different dress. I truly believe the person I spoke to just grab any dress off the rack and rushed mailed it because I need my dress soon. It's fhe lost hateful thing to ruin someone wedding day! The dress I received had lace see through top, which I can't wear see through. Big overly fluffy bottom that went to my angels nothing at all like the dress I ordered. This is just terrible and I can't beleive this company would do this. I will post my picture and Please let me know if it the same dress. My eyes are failing me and this hideous dress was sent on purpose.

I purchased a dress advertised as having a beautiful jewel/crystal design on the neck only to receive a cheap version of the dress with crudely adorned sequins instead. When submitting the request for a refund they try to talk you out of sending the dress back threatening high shipping costs ($45-$60) suggesting to just keep the dress (that was $140). Don't waste your $45-$60 if the dress you like from this site is anything but simple.

I ordered a wedding dress from here. I received a dress that looks nothing like the picture. Measurements were totally off. Dress is horrible. Weighs 10 pounds. Customer service offered me 10 bucks on a 200.00 dress.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

You can NOT return these dresses. Do not order from this site. Lulus has amazing dresses and easy returns. Order from there instead.

Ordered a dress (custom size) and it looked nothing like the picture. Due to ordering custom, they wont accept a return nor will they admit to their wrongs. There are spots where the dress is falling apart and the sequins and beads are falling off, not to mention the beadwork is nothing like the photos advertised. Dont waste your money unless you want a random dress that you have to fix when it arrives.

Never buy from here. If you need to return they expect you to ship at your cost to China. Sad I lost over 250$

When I received my dress it had either a rip or an unsalvaged edge of fabric. When I contacted customer service, they said they would give me a $10 refund to pay for it to repaired by someone locally. This would not come close to covering costs. When I asked for a return, they demanded I pay my own and their original shipping costs and also increased/doubled their time to refund written in their website. Very bad company and very poor quality.

I received the dress on time. The dress looked nothing like the picture and on top of that the sewing done on the back on the dress was falling apart. They didn't want to fox or work with me on getting it fixed. I highly don't recommend anyone to them. This is supposed to be a girl big day and you put your trust on people to get things done rightly. So please don't use this company for a dress. Look somewhere else.

The dress came in and it will not be worn! It cannot be worn! The breast cups are almost on my shoulders. The color is close, but, not as advertised, AND, there is the worst chemical stench. I am battling for my full refund. I should not have to get a partial refund due to their misrepresentation. They can have their dress back, but, not at my cost. They actually offered me $40 to keep the dress and try to sell it. HA! IT has an awful odor. I couldn't sell it if I wanted to. This is tragic. Do your country a favor and keep the revenue there. Do not order from these people...not worth the risk.

The dress's quality has really amazed me. The dress fit me nicely and was delivered promptly after I bought it.Anybody looking for a special wedding gown that they may reuse after the big day should definitely check out Dorriswedding Dresses.

The communication was great and turn around time for responding to my requests to make my dress a smaller size after I ordered was the same day! They kept me abreast of every step of my dress during the process! My dress arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and I am so happy! It is a beautiful dress that looks just like the picture and feels like great quality of material! Super happy!

I received my dress but not in the fabric I ordered. I ordered a satin dress and received a jersey knit. It come with no tags of size or fabric content on the dress at all. Looks like a costume. I've been back and forth with the company thru email. All of there responses was irrelevant to the fact they sent the wrong item. They offered $20 compensation. And gave their spiel about the costly return policy. Was told if they made another it would be the same affect. Bad communication with this company. There's no phone # to talk to a representative (unless you call over seas) just preprogrammed responses for all customers. Save yourself the time and money. One star is too good for this company.

The dress was nowhere near what I paid for. They didn't offer me a refund. It would have cost 500 to send back a 200 dress. What a rip-off. Terrible company... do NOT trust them!

So I have a colorado elopement planned and haven't immediately fallen in love with a dress like the one from this website! I was so scared after reading some of the reviews, but again i just loved the look of this specific dress so I went for it. The dress arrived 14 days after I placed my order (I was SO shocked) and is actually amazing quality! The train on it is beautiful. I ordered a size up (so my seamstress could fit it perfect) and it's exactly a size up for me, so if I had ordered my exact size I think it would've been an exact fit (i opted out of the custom option so i could potentially return it.) Couldn't recommend this company enough!
