Would love to give 5 stars because of it is quality, color, fast tailoring and shipping, communication, etc. Only thing that is problematic is that the right strap is too tight in the back. That makes it impossible to wear for a longer time. Everything else is perfect!
Very nice. I wanted a coral color and she was nervous about me choosing a color without seeing them. I received the color swatch and it was wonderful to see the many different coral colors and to choose the correct one for what I needed!
I had previously ordered a dress from a different shop-when I went back to get more, it was no longer available! I found a dress on the shop that was pretty similar to the dress I had ordered. I saw that you could request a custom order and send her a picture of your "dream dress" - I sent some pictures and she was incredibly helpful - she was worried about matching the color correctly so had me order a color swatch, and I am SO glad I did! There were many different colors that would have been close to the one I needed, but because I had the swatch, I was able to pick the one that matched perfectly! She was super helpful in letting me know exactly what she would need to make the dress just like the one I had! I got them in less than a month! They're perfect! You can't tell they're made by dif people!

The swatches came late due to a miscommunication through the delivery company. The seller continued to communicate with me. She was very friendly. The swatches themselves are huge, easily the size of my palm. Although I wish I could have just chosen the colors I wanted (only needed 5), and then not have to have paid so much for postage, as the package was heavy for just the fabric swatches. Still pretty great though.
I had a custom order for 4 bridesmaids dresses. The seller herself is very helpful, quick to respond and very kind. However 3 of the dresses need alterations which I am paying for in the uk. I gave the measurements as advised to and the seller double checked these. She tried her best to understand when dealing with what you want. I would recommend her as she made them very well and really good materials are used.
I reordered some more swatches from colors I saw on we sample photos that didn't come with the general swatches. It was perfect! I can't wait to order my bridesmaid dresses! She was so nice and always adds a special gift, thank you in the package.

I love the dresses, the fit was a little off on a few of them but I attribute that to the girl not properly measuring herself. They look beautiful and are made with excellent quality- the top is even lined with silk! I honestly had very low expectations when ordering these dresses but they turned out so lovely, I've never been happier!

The dress that I received was NOT made of the same quality fabric as in the picture online. The bust is several inches too big, even though I custom ordered this dress. The train looks completely different and the tulle on the train has very uneven edges. The train is also not attached well at all. I asked for pictures when my dress was completed and they did send them, but the train was wrong. I told them this and they agreed to fix it. I asked that they send pictures when corrections were made and they agreed. I did not receive any pictures and was notified that the dress had been shipped. Customer service responded promptly to every email throughout the process UNTIL I received the dress and requested to return. I have emailed them twice and have gotten no response! Also, their site will NOT allow me to post a review of the dress. You get what you pay for!
I had to order an extra small dress for one of my bridesmaids because she is 12 and it came out just her size where otherwise it would be so hard for her to find the same dress as my other bridesmaids in her size. They look so professional and beautiful!
