Like many brides, I was quite skeptical about ordering my dress online. After numerous unhappy trips to my local bridal parlors, I began looking online. I chose Susan, and she dealt with all of my crazed nit picky questions before I even ordered!
Not only does my dress for PERFECTLY to my odd measurements (48, 36, 38) it shipped quite quickly and was safely shipped.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her, especially because you're supporting an independent artist, who truly has a gift for dressmaking!

Helen is increadable, she has made my wedding dress out of two different dresses that I really liked. She answered all my questions and understood everything I meant in my e-mails. She even made me a few more dresses and two dresses for my flower girls and they all are so beautiful. As for the end products I couldn't be happier! Where can I start. My dress arrived and it is absolutely elegant and superb quality. I was filled with emotions ordering my wedding dress online, so many concerns. Susan is incredible, she exceeded my expectations. The dress is more gorgeous then the photos, the photos just don't do the materials justice. Amazing soft fabrics, it fits me perfectly, truly custom made to fit my body. Receiving my dress has just been the cherry on top of my whole wedding experience, I'm so excited to wear it on my special day. I honestly cant thank Susan enough!

How do I make a return on a standard wedding dress? The dress was not custom made, it was a standard size 6 but it's too small in the bust. I need to return it.
Soooo beautiful! Kim had me send her my measurements and the dress fit almost perfectly! I had to do a rush order and the dress got here with more than enough time to spare to look for shoes and accessories lol! I was so worried it wouldn't be here in time or would get lost but I didn't need to worry at all! The quality is excellent. The lace is very soft and you can tell it was made skillfully and carefully. I felt like a princess! The only downsides for me were that it was slightly sheerer than I expected and that it didn't fit 100% perfectly (but I didn't expect it to -- I just didn't have time to find someone I trusted to alter it, so I didn't alter it... our wedding was really last minute!). I'd recommend Kim to everyone!
I love my dress! I visited a few of the normal wedding dress shops but all seem to have the same generic, uncomfortable, expensive dresses. So happy I ordered from Cindy. I was very nervous whilst waiting for it to arrive like so many others but my dress is perfect! If you want elegance and comfort then look no further. This dress was beautiful! I got so many compliments about it at my wedding, and people couldn't believe I ordered it online. The beading was amazing. My only suggestion to buyers is to make sure you get all the measurements done by a professional. Since I did my measurements myself I was flexing my torso while taking my own measurements, and therefore the top was slightly big and had to be altered.
I am absolutely in LOVE the dress fits perfectly, the back of the dress is just beautiful and it feels so comfortable that it's hard to believe it's a breathtaking wedding gown and not a casual summer dress. I ordered fabric samples to see the true colors and materials of what I'd hoped to be my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier. I'm beyond excited to order my dress now! The fabric is light and airy, delicate and graceful, and everything a wedding dress should be. It took a bit to get here but international shipping usually does. I'm going to try to go ahead and order my dress to be sure it'll arrive in plenty of time.

Paid them but no dresses. Spent a lot of money on several matching dresses, only one delivered and no refund for the others. Other reviews suggest great value for money but it would seem this is at the cost of high risk, as in my case. If Dorris Wedding or their sub-contractors mess up they just walk away leaving you with none of your order and no refund. I have been unable to trace their company details/headquarters thus far. I strongly advise against playing Russian Roulette with this company. I am trying to pursue them legally but hard to track down.

Having ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses in December 2017 it is now March 2018 and I am down $750 which is tough when you are paying for a wedding! NOT ONE of our bridesmaid dresses arrived. We were however sent two incorrect orders with no label or detail of how to return. After REPEATEDLY emailing (you cannot call) Dorris Wedding for a refund, we have had no meaningful response. Not even to let us know where to return the incorrect items. Especially not a single refund. Baring in mind we were promised delivery on 09 Feb 2018.
Absolutely shocking company, the only one of my wedding providers who have made me question throwing a party.
They sent me a dress that RESEMBLED the one I purchased online. Basically, they send it to a company in China to make something that looks like a picture they send to the maker. They refused to admit fault, offered me an 80% refund but refused to pay for return shipping to Chine (which is a LOT). They told me try to sell it on Craigslist. Now they won't return my emails. Stay away!
