Great dress, the color, fabric and craftsmanship are beautiful. I already have several occasions this Spring that this dress will be perfect for. The design of the dress makes it versatile as you can completely change the silhouette according to the size and placement of a belt. I am due this month and was relieved to see that this dress will work through each stage of pregnancy and still look great post baby. I can not stress enough what a value this dress is, absolutely limitless.

Also, the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The seller was very eager to ensure she provided exactly what I expected and she was very kind and polite. She also included two additional, beautiful and free belts. Also, fast shipping.

I will absolutely shop here first for my future wardrobe additions.

Adorable, flow-y dress! Note that as shown in the photos, without a belt, the dress doesn't have much shape. It DOES come with a ribbon belt, and the seller included two other belts as well. Wore this for my maternity photos and had plenty of room for my baby bump (35 weeks) without affecting the length.

Seller shipped the dress very quickly, but it did take a long time to get here. I don't blame the seller for this, just making mention of it so others can take it into consideration and order well in advance.

I never write reviews but this company is such a scam that I need to warn people not to buy from here. I am very disappointed in this company and their customer service. The people there were very rude and they did not take responsibility for their mistake. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are a huge rip off. That is my main point about Dorris Wedding but if you want to read my story, see below.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from Dorris Wedding in 2018. I had found a very pretty rose colored dress on their website (see first picture) and it worked perfectly for the wedding. When I received the dress, it was nothing like what I was expecting. Turns out that the dress they sent me was a bright red color (see picture 2). I doubled checked my order and determined that the color I was supposed to get did not match what they sent. Naturally I thought a simple mistake had been made and that the company would be able to switch out the incorrect dress for the correct one. I was WRONG. I sent in a ticket letting them know a mistake had been made and asked what the procedure would be to get it exchanged. They wrote back saying that I would have to pay for the dress to be shipped back and I would only get an 80% refund since their is a restock fee. I responded saying that they were the ones that had made the mistake in the color and asked for a full refund so I could purchase the correct dress FROM THEM. They denied my request, saying that there are slight discolorations (because of lighting, photoshop, etc) in all dresses and that it is not their responsibility. This was not a slight discoloration. This went back and forth many times but they still denied that this was their fault.

It was my first time purchasing anything on this shop. I was very nervous, but reading reviews really helped me make my choice. And that is why I am sharing my experience here. I am having very difficult figure, nothing ever fits me in the store. So I was very careful measuring myself and sent all info I possibly could, even my picture just in case. I was scared dress will not fit, or material won't be nice, or that shipment will be lost... you name it. However, prompt response and assistance from Jen really helped a lot. She will answer & assist you with any enquiry anytime.
I got my dress... and it fits perfectly! I think it looks even better than on the picture! Everything was so easy, minimum time required, all done on time, best quality, best materials, tailored specially for you. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Mary is amazing, as a person and a dressmaker. She made me the most beautiful unique wedding dress of all time. This is my favorite experience. Everyone at my wedding was online with my dress.The attention to detail, creativity and skill that went into making this dress was perfect. Excellent communication too, updated me on everything along the way which made me feel secure. I felt like a queen on my special day, never felt more beautiful than when I wore this beautiful wedding dress. Wish I could wear it everyday. Thank you Mary for a perfect experience.

BREATHTAKING - this is all I can say, a truly elegant dress that came in just in time before my wedding:-)) Can't wait to wear it on my big day! The dress and its quality is amazing.

I emailed them to try and get help to order some swatches before I decided to complete my order, and they took two days to reply! And when they did they offered no help. They just told me to pick from what they have. Then when I went to checkout for the FREE SAMPLES shipping was $22.74... FOR "FREE" SWATCHES

I'm not sure what to say except OMG! I added pictures of the dress I received. I reminds me of Madonna Like a Virgin Halloween costume...

My dress arrived ahead of time and of course I had to try it on as soon as it came. I was nervous to open it because I ordered it online, even though the seller stayed in contact with me the whole time and answered every question I had almost instantly. But when I finally opened it and saw my dress I had to hold back tears, it looks exactly like the picture. It's absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see the look on my Fiance face when I walk down the Isle next month! Thank you Helen for making my dreams come true!

My dress arrived way ahead of schedule and is absolutely stunning!... the designer even gave me a sizable discount after asking "is this your dream dress?" as I wanted to stay in budget... I cannot say enough about the professionalism and constant feedback I received while my dress was being made... it looks exactly like the runway photo and came with a protective garment bag... most of all I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU... for making my wedding day special!?

From start to finish, my experience of ordering with Suzanna has been a dream! I had left it fairly late to order as I'd been losing weight, but Suzanna assured me I'd get the dress in plenty of time (and I did!). All my questions were answered promptly and when I asked for a fairly big change in the design (adding a back) it wasn't an inconvenience. It can be intimidating buying a dress online but I guarantee you Suzanna will make your dress to fit like a glove! The fabric is wonderful, extremely high standard finish and packaged beautifully. Being a little on the larger size (14-16), I was initially worried about not having a corset/boning to hold everything in, but as soon as I put on my gown I felt super secure and comfortable. I can't recommend Suzanna highly enough! Thankyou :D
