BEWARE. This company is not worth using. Ordered my dress June 10th. After telling me my dress was finished on June 26,6 weeks later and 2 more promises to have my dress to me, they emailed me that my dress was not made and I was unable to get my dress by our wedding day... 2 weeks before our wedding day and I have no dress. Ruined our wedding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Im designer of Bridal Garden Studio, I found in that shop pictures of my dress they stiole my pics from our Etsy shop and sell it. Im very angry that somebody can receive not qualify dress from cheating company and I think all positive reviews made this company! I have all proves that they use my pics unlegal. Dont trust to company where you can buy high quality dress for 100 usd it is impossible. They also stole many pics from my colleagues. Dear brides dont take a risk and not order from there you will recieve not quality fake dress.

Communication with Helen was fantastic. She was a dream to work with, highly recommended. For the dress, it is LOVELY! I wish the shoulder lace was tacked to the straps though, as the lace shoulders constantly slip off. Also, I would have loved a belt that was more than just a piece of ribbon. All in all, it's a beautiful dress, well made. Fit perfectly!
To say that I love my dress is an understatement. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it a week earlier than expected. It's clear that Karin made this dress with love and passion for what she does. The lace and chiffon, as she promised, are soft and comfortable and the full circle skirt drapes dreamily over my hips. It's flowy and light while having a reassuring weight to it. It might look like a simple dress but it exudes timeless elegance and sophistication from its understated, demure beauty - I just love it more and more everyday! As for customization (which was made easy by Karin's endless patience) I asked for the waist to be a little higher so that it helps elongate my short stature. Thank you, Karin, for making my dress dreams come true!

I ordered my dress and two different veils from this shop. They all arrived today and are beautifully made and comfortable to wear. After my wedding I'll be posting a picture of the dress. Kathy customized some things for me on both the dress and the veils and she made the whole process very easy. I'm quite glad I went with this shop. Definitely would recommend.
Everything about my dress was wrong and I'm not even getting refunded for their sizing mess up and the fact that it looks nothing like the picture. Nightmare to say the least.
Shipping took a long time, but I don't think that was the stores fault at all. And the seller was willing to ship me a replacement if the first package was lost. Seems exactly as described!
I highly recommend this store, just 3 months before the wedding I decided I wanted a special wedding dress. Lucy was so helpful, she kept me informed and responded quickly. My veil arrived within 2 weeks, all the way from her store to the UK. The photos don't do it justice, it's absolutely stunning and fantastic quality, it's just what I wanted but couldn't find in any local bridal boutiques. Oh and there was a surprise thrown in too, also beautiful. Thank you Lucy!
The dress came before the expected date which made me very happy. The size did not fit me however due to the fact that it was not possible to make it to measure. Size 8 was too small on my hips and size 10 was good on my hips but now I need to sew in the rest of the dress.
Overall quality is amazing but you need to provide a made to measure service.

I was so excited to get this out of the box, I nearly forgot to put the shopping away.^_^ It's such a lovely blue and such looooong straps to wrap (cap sleeved is my favorite so far)! The waist is a bit large on me, but not a big deal. Very much looking forward to wearing this to my friend's wedding! Thank you very much!
I saw a beautiful dress and since i read all of these false reviews, i decided to order. I ordered based on the measurements in the chart given. It did state that size would vary 1 inch but it was at least 3 inches off of chart. I thought no worries. Mind you I didn't necessarily pay nothing for this dress, 150.00 is quite a lot for dresses made in china through a direct website. Wrote back to them, received a message giving me return instructions one being that I would eat 20% of refund, second, that I wouldnt be able to send it DHL, that I would need to send via USPS (most expensive) and that I should sell it on Craigslist. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and wrote back and said I would like to have someone call me immediately before I dispute charge and of course no one has responded! Do not but from this site! PS I never write reviews, but hoping I can save people some time and money!

Colors are great but of course it different seeing them in person. I completely changes my mind about the color i wanted after i got the swatches.
PS: Quality of the fabric seems good, Lighter colors are a bit transparent. Will be ordering my bridesmaids dresses soon!

I have a custom made bridal gown site on Etsy. I found my pictures being used without permission on Dorriswedding.com. They watermarked my photos with their website and shared them on Pinterest and on their site. I paid to have photos professionally taken and now they are being used on a cheap wedding dress site.
I absolutely LOVE my dress! It is incredibly beautiful and is as pictured above except to my measurements and with a slightly different lace (I was informed of the change and offered a different lace with pictures before the change was made). Marina was excellent with communication and very patient answering my huge list of questions. I was apprenhensive about purchasing from a store without reviews, especially for such a big decision, but she alleviated my concerns by periodically sending photos of my dress being made.
I was also considering making a headpiece or something matching my dress and she kindly provided me with some ideas and extra pieces of fabric and lace so that the color and patterns matched exactly.
It was a pleasure interacting with Marina. I'm so happy to have found such a lovely dress from a great store.
