I have ordered from Doordash too many times and had disappointment. I will not order again I ordered twice tonight, first order OK they've accepted it'll be 60-75 min... Shortly after phone rings we're sorry the store you ordered from is closed I've issued a refund 5-7 days... Well tomorrow is pay day so let's try daddies card... Second order, your payment has succeeded 30 min later exactly 1 min before the store closes. Your order has been canceled refund issued, soooo almost 300$ in the hole and hungry family nada. If you have 1 chance to feed your kids until payday this isn't the way to go. They have no idea if the store is even open apparently although the app says it is. They'll take your money and bend you over but wait a $20 credit for your troubles, ehh credit didn't even show up. I have no idea what the whole thought process was behind this but taking people monies before the order is even complete is a terrible idea. Some genius out there needs to do better... I'll order from you! Make that money...
Ordered Subway and it was supposed to be delivered by doordas. It never showed and I have not received a refund even though I have talked with them several times.
Ive been ordering from doordash for over 2 years and. I even gave a door pass but lately ive gotten the worst service. From missing items to food cold and today too the cake hard baked chicken from picadilly. I chatted she told me ahe woyld compensate me but she was having trouble with her system. She gave me a supervisor to call but when she finally came on she said she couldnt refund me. I am so disgusted my lunch was ruined i will never order from them again. It was doordashes iob to check for missing items and compensate when something goes wrong
I did not receive my food, and door dash refused to refund my money. They said I received too many credits recently. Is it my fault their drivers continually mess up my order. They forget things. They drop it at the wrong address. So tonight I spent 70.00, and I literally received NOTHING. Doordash will steal your money. DO not use them. Use UBER EATS or GRUB HUB
Use any other food delivery service because this one frequently gets your orders wrong. And when they do, they will not refund your money for the missing food items. Also, they do not have a legitimate reason you are not refunded, they will blame it on their "system". So no food, no refund, very upset customer, and will no longer be using their services because they DO NOT PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. Save yourself the hassle and use another app.
After waiting for my food for 3 hours after my scheduled delivery time, the Dasher picked up the food and then cancelled my order. I am left to assume they enjoyed my $140 worth of bar-b-que and were never to be heard from again. Customer support at DoorDash was totally worthless. They offered no solutions and no restitution. I WOULD AVOID DOORDASH AT ALL COSTS.
I received a promo code to use for my first order. Today was the last day. I tried using it, and it was not valid. I contacted customer service, and they said the order had expired. I said the promo said through today. They still would not honor it and offered $10 off my next order if I placed this one. No thanks. Steer clear of these liars.
I don't recommend anyone to use doordash. They do not help their customers. They can choose not to help you with a solution to your incorrect order. There is nothing more to say then to just choose a different delivery provider please.
Please find another delivery service. This mob don't believe in customer service in fact it's non existent and they don't deserve your custom.
Half my order didn't arrive and I was refused a refund or credit.
Seriously what's that if not theft? Just do yourself a favour and use someone else.
I would never recommend doordash a customer service is horrible I ordered food that I never received could not get my money back how to wait 5 to 7 business days poor customer service the gentleman that I talk to no empathy at all I would never recommend doordash know what I ever used them again

"I only gave a 1 because it wouldn't allow me to give less. I would most definitely give them a -3 if I could. That's only because the dashers are the only good experience with this company. Otherwise, Door Dash is legitimately that bad.
I have only ever used Door dash delivery about 5 times and with out fail they screw something up EVERY TIME. The delivery people are great but unfortunately they work for a worthless company.
I call customer service every time I've ordered and either didn't receive something or received the wrong thing and they claim they'll "credit your next order". Of course they don't. The only time I was going to be adequately compensated it was "on your next order" so I did exactly what the customer service manager told me to do and of course I didn't get my discount. I chatted with a customer service representative for over an hour and they were worthless. To top things off they debited the wrong card and claimed they would debit the correct card. Of course that never happened. I WILL NEVER USE THIS WORTHLESS SERVICE AGAIN. I recommend every one to use any service other than Door Dash. Save yourself time and aggravation. Go elsewhere. You will never get what is promised and you'll have incorrect, cold food.
One star is one star too many for DoorDash. I just wasted $18.20 on lunch for missing items and what was delivered was inedible. DoorDash refused to refund my money so I canceled my subscription.
Poor customer service at first refused to give refund at first until consistent double text took my order to the wrong building first doordash over NEVER AGAIN THEN HAVING TO ARGUE W CUSTOMER SERVICE BIG THUMBS DOWN
I don't know how this company is still around. I placed an order for delivery and the driver texted me that my order was picked up before they arrived at the restaurant. I had to contact customer service to get my money back and reorder. I tried to order again, this time for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant they told me they did not have an an order for me. I looked at the app and it was already picked up, by who no one knows. I contacted customer service and they did not refund my money but said they would get back to me in a day or 2. Do not waste your time or money on this place they don't know what they are doing and their seems to be a 50/50 shot as to whether or not you will get your order but you always get to pay.
My food was cancelled without any explanation or communication. It took 4 attempts to their call centre to get an operator to talk to me. The other times the line went dead or it was a bad connection.
Anyhow, no food arrived but the money went out of my account and the operator said it had already been refunded. Then she said my payment had been voided before the money had gone but not according to my online bank statement. She kept telling me to refresh my browser.
Then it was, 'It will take 3 days for your refund to show up in your account'. She offered me a $20 voucher for my troubles, which worked its way down to $15 then to $10. She refused to accept that she had changed the amount. I told her that as our conversation was being recorded perhaps her manager should listen to it.
The same thing happened with another delivery company which was never resolved. I never went back to them.
If I don't get my refund next week I'll be contacting my bank to open up an investigation.
So, if this doesn't get resolved in my favour, it will be a case of another company losing another loyal customer.
I know they don't care, but they should.
I was using DoorDash to support an events business. Over the course of a dozen or so orders, half of them were incomplete, wrong, half missing, mis-delivered... things like Bringing a bunch of burgers with cheese when I said no cheese for people who can't eat cheese. Food arriving completely cold. Items out of order with no communication. Restaurants closed with no notice or communication or update. They have compensation limits, but the frequency made me reach out. I was ignored repeatedly with no recourse until I became unpolite. By this time I feel I've basically been stolen from. Someone finally spoke of and promised an escalation. I don't know if it's a server error or what but instead... nobody reached out and I get 403 FORBIDDEN errors when I try to log in.
This business has attrocious policies and customer services, the whole business model execution is trash and full of cracks. Good experiences are completely hit-or-miss. So I'm done with them forever.
Got double charged after only receiving half of my order then said they didn't change me again and they added more on for the tip. I was on the messageing help service for 3 or 4 hours getting the whole round about for nothing because they don't want to resolve the issue. And still didn't help me resolve my problem they said they didn't see any problems after investigating then I called my bank and said they did double charge me and it if goes threw to call my bank again and they would get the money back for me. Absolutely rediculous. Would give 0 stars if I could.
After bringing half my order to my address and having someone else bring the order inside. I called the restaurant whom said the other part of the order was still there. I called a driver "brian g" who said he had a lot of orders to pick up and that i could get a refund from door dash. I told him that I needed the food and why could he not go back and pick it up. He said he wasnt going back, i said that i have kids and i need the order, he said "f ck $#*!r" and hung up the phone. I didnt call him back because I didn't want to be as ignorant as he was. I called door dash and requested that he be fired. I will be waiting for a response from them.
Door dash is a joke. You only get Spanish speaking dashers that can't and won't communicate with you. This is so frustrating as my pin is off. I have tried numerous times to fix it to no avail. If your order is wrong, expect to go through a long investigation process before you get your money credited back to you. BEWARE!

Answer: Grubhub has lower rates now. Even on restaurants with higher fees, it is worth avoiding Doordash
Answer: They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful
Answer: First, DoorDash collects a tip BEFORE you get service. I always tip, so should you. Ubereats lets you tip AFTER you get service - better. Caveat - getting your tip back from DoorDash for bad service is almost impossible.
