Lazy self centered dashers

They take on the task of bringing someone their food but don't seem to care if they get it to before its cold. They would raise hell if someone brought them cold food.

They will take your money with no care as to what happens afterwards both orders just cancelled out of the blue they work with restaurants who don't even care what happens even after you have already paid your money

I am a loyal avid doordash customer. I have an issue with my order at least once a week maybe once every week and a half. Today's issue was I never received one of the items I ordered. I had sat in a chat with a supposed live person who never helped me. Please see photos to prove my review. My family and I use this service on average every other day. Very dissatisfied very disappointed and will not be using doordash anymore GrubHub here we come!

Customer Beware ---I've been a loyal DoorDash customer for more than 2 years. Not Anymore! After receiving Wrong items, or never receiving items I ordered and paid for, DoorDash told me they were sorry I was "disappointed" but REFUSED to Refund me for even 1 item! I'm Vegetarian, and when the restaurant added Chicken to a dish I ordered --making it Inedible to me-- along with not receiving a whole other item I'd ordered, I simply asked for a Refund for Only the dish with the chicken. This amounted to about $20 of an $80 order, which I tipped $15 on. They outright REFUSED to even Credit my account for the amount! Their reason was that I had apparently reached some random refund limit they have which I was unaware of. So --They're penalizing Me -their Loyal Customer- because I've also had other items in the past that were missing or made wrong BY THE RESTAURANT, and acting like they were doing me a favour by CORRECTING those orders and were not going to do me any more "favours" by correcting any more INCORRECT or Missing items for me. Wow. If that's what passes for "Customer Service" these days then No, Thank You. I'll just use UberEats, Postmates or any one of a million other services. Reported to my bank and Canceled my DashPass. DoorDash Fail.

I have been dashing over years now and I am receiving very low priced orders like pickup orders from Mama Stortini's and deliver to Tacoma which is 8.6 miles away(one way) and come back with empty hand because it's out of dash zone and receive $3.00 include tips. I asked about this matter to Doordash support and their support told me that I must do this otherwise Doordash will put me into the situation of deactivation of dashing account. Wow, isn't this threatening from doordash support to the dasher? "Cash on delivery" is the worst one. It looks like you are getting tips on cash, however, Doordash deducted more amounts than you 've received on hand when they wire the money to your account. I have attached the screenshot of orders they were sending me to dash.

Never again

I placed an order. My card was charged and then it said there's no drivers in your area. It took an act of god to get the money refunded back to my card. I still don't have the money because it takes 3 days to get it back. The customer service rep just disconnected the conversation before it was resolved and then I had to go through the whole situation again with another rep who acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. But I still don't have the refund. I wouldn't be surprised if I have to contact them again just trying to get my money back. Never again shall I use DoorDash.

Easy cash out

Initially my reward was not credited to my account but all I had to do was email the support team and they credited my account within a couple of days! Super easy and minimal time taken to benefit from rewards!

Support is all overseas (shocker) and could care less about resolving issues. They ALL have the same script, with very bad English and will transfer you over to another agent or "specialist" at the drop of a dime.

Over a period of about 4 days I have contacted support and no less than 4 transfers to different agents. All pretty much say the same thing and won't refund a CANCELLED order. They say they have "exhausted all efforts" and then close the chat.

They must be sitting around in India laughing their derrieres off as why would they care about Americans hard earned money getting blown away on an order you never received?

Typical of the overseas work ethic all hired by San Fransicko based elitists. In the end, they will face judgement day.

Extremely poor customer service. Many times food arrived cold. Sometimes I'd get partial credits or refund. Last night entire meal was stone cold and couldn't eat it. $18.77 out the window. They read from a script and it's obvious it's a call center in a foreign country. I don't mind I've just had poor experiences in the chat and sometimes food arriving cold or lukewarm.

The dasher left my order at the front desk of my hotel even though I gave him the room number, and he did not even tell me where he left it. I just received a message that it was delivered. The food was a mess in the bags, cold, and soggy. I was also missing the extra sauces I paid for. The dasher also told me he would get ketchup and he did not. Doordash support said that I would not be compensated. 50 bucks wasted on nasty food.

If I could give door dash 0 stars I would! They are terrible with customer service. If you place an order and it comes to you wrong or bad, the business you ordered from tells you to contact door dash. Door dash basically tells you that your SOL and out the money you just spent and you will not be getting even a replacement for the items at another time. So no one takes responsibility and you as a consumer will receive nothing. Flushing your money down the toilet would be more sufficient then ordering from door dash. Your company is terrible and it would be STUPID for me to continue to order using your service if you won't do anything to fix the issue.

Wrong wrong wrong

I ordered diet pepsi and a pizza with pepperoni, sausage onions and bell peppers. I got mountain dew, and a plain pizza. I called to complain, the driver would not take the order off my hands. Said he delivered, thats all he could do, then left me stranded with wrong items. So, i found the chat help link, and at first the agent seemed very nice and promised me that they would refund my order, but it was only partial. Having already ended the chat, i attempted to get the rest of my money back but I could not call, chat or get any help whatsoever. I had to resign to a written request and they will contact me I'm very frustrated and will never ever used Doordash again.

Cant complain

Ill start off by saying that in my opinion i feel like doorDash is better than uberEats, the price is way better, the updates i get are faster nd reliable. I like how they give you door dash credits of you pick up the orders you make.The door dash Membership comes thru mostly orders you make are over $12 and with that membership you get free delivery wich saves you money. It also costs less to be a member compared to other Food delivery services. It doesnt hurt to try them out. And they are always hiring new drivers wich you Use your Bicycle, Car, scooter(i think) and also walk... Check them out. Could save you money nd time.

I stopped using this horrible service over a year ago. Their Dashers suck and their service sucks! NEVER EVER AGAIN!. They hire dishonest, unprofessional people who belong in a warehouse where they never have to come into contact with the outside world.

Ordered $17 of Taco Bell food cost $53 AND got order missing taco, desset, and the cinn twist order was only 50%. BS there is no quality control on the food that is GIVEN to the hungry doordash drivers.

I order food, the app doesn't show when my food was delivered and the driver failed to let me know until 20 minutes later, when my food was ice cold, to tell me he dropped it off. Then they try to give me a $37 dollar credit on an order that was over $80.
Never. Again.

False Advertising

I downloaded the app and they gave me free delivery and $10 code for my first order. After ordering, my code did not work after countless tries. Deleted the app and I'm going to Uber Eats!
