Order the pizza said it would take 2 hours wait time for it to be delivered I was okay with that, the lady that took my order verify the address and then the delivery driver call before you left the store to verify the address once again is in the driver calls and says he's outside and he's not outside he's got the wrong f****** address so now I'll call the store and they do not answer the phone they will not answer the phone for me anymore so I guess after waiting two hours for my f****** pizza now I don't get one because the driver was too incompetent to enter the proper address into his navigation $#*! Domino's Pizza! I'll never order another Domino's Pizza the arrest of my life on this Earth!

Bad quality

Food quality is not up to the mark and price is always high if it is compared to quality. Delayed food delivery is also one of the major issues which I have faced twice. Hope they improve these two things in near future.

Horrible experience

Ordered my pizza, chicken wings, boneless chicken and pasta this afternoon. On arrival to pick up the box was iced cold the sale person told me it was fresh and hot. Pizza was cold and I had to put everything in the oven. The chicken we throw in the garbage it was disgusting! Waste of my $51.97 never again

Had holler out Says I Don't want to talk to her. I call them were real ugly. The Assistant manger denied everything and hung up on telling that he wasn't going to service us anymore. We getting pizza from there for over 7 years never have been treated like trash.we love Domino's pizza.the phone recording will prove the way we were treated. I work in a/c and heating for 20 years never have i ever treated anyone the way I was treated. I felts racism towards me and they take its personal.my name is Mike Torres my phone no. *******426. I ordered online it selects an address in the area of where I lived and it pinned my neighbor across the street, this is the second time that's happened. This time when I got my pizza the box was folding over my pizza crust and slices were all different sizes instead of evenly cut, there was pizza topping in my crust as if no one cared how it looked, I asked for blue cheese and no ranch for my traditional wings and ordered Buffalo sauce for my boneless wings when I got my order I got a blue cheese and ranch and no sauce with my boneless wings, all I ask if they pay attention to detail. Also when when delivery dr pulled up he was ignoring me as I was tryin to get his attention that it was my order and not my neighbors because I had no way to contact him as I called the store and asked to let the dr know... all around it was not the best service

Bad Website design

I went on line and ordered 4 pizza for News Year's Day from my local Domino's Pizza store. I picked the store from their list, set the date and time to pick up the order and paid online. When I went to pick up the order, the store was closed for a remodel. The website did not notify me that the store was closed or to pick another store instead but took my order as if the pizzas would be ready on time. I had to scramble to get some pizzas from Little Cesars across the street since the family was waiting. Luckily Little Cesars was not too busy and made the pizzas I needed in about 12 minutes and for less money. I won't be going back to Domino's Pizza.

Dominos offers these bonus points if you spend so much money so many times. Well I did that and then ordered to redeem my points. That day they said 20 to 30 minutes to pick it up. I arrived at 25 minutes and there were 2 cars in front of me. Those two left in about 5 minutes. It was about 12 minutes before they opened the window again so I was at 42 minutes. They told me they had nothing in my name or phone number. So we know what happened to my "free pizza". However I have been hung upon three times when I tried to talk to the. Manager. I then sent it in writing three times with no response. This store is busy so they don't care. Corporate says to contact the local store and they won't do anything because they don't care. So, my rating is 1 put of 5 because I can't go any lower. I hope the 1700people where I work listen to me and go somewhere else but I doubt it. I won't buy from Dominos again.

Domino's pizza sucks now

This will be my last time ordering from domino's pizza, i used to love this domino's but not anymore. They told me my order will be delivered after 30 min (guaranteed)but My order came after 4hours, cold and disgusting. They didnt even do or give a sorry card or anything. So why would you say the word guaranteed if you're not even gonna do anything if its late? They also sent me wrong order. I $#*!en #hatedomino'spizza now.

Pizza sauce: cheese ratio is grand. I prefer goatloads of cheese and dominos delivers on that front. The service? Godspeed. But the chicken wings? The sauce tastes like it's a mix of sweet and sour sauce from panda garden and your typical frank's hot sauce. That sweetness ain't right. The meat belongs off of my obese-COPD-psoriasis-reeking grandfather who drinks in the bathtub. Please, for the love of satan, take care of these chicken wings and dress them right

I order my pizza online at 6:45PM. The website said it would take 30-45 minutes for my order. I checked the tracker and it said they received it and it was being prepared. At 8:00PM nothing. I checked the tracker and it said that it was still being prepared, so I thought maybe it wasn't working so I called and no one answered. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I was frustrated and drove over there while still trying to call. I go inside and no one even acknowledges me. I get someone's attention and he then gets some one else. This guy then proceeds to tell me that they got backed up and it will be another 2 hours before my pizza order is ready, by this time it will be 10:30 pm. I tell him to cancel the order and he gets rude. He tells me that it will be longer to get the refund and it will to get the pizza order. I was like this is ridiculous, just cancel the order and If I don't get the refund I will be back and he then tells me to leave the store. If I could give minus stars they would get minus 50 stars. I will NEVER order from Dominos again

Called in for carry out and got an estimated time to pick up. Arrived 5 minutes early. Pizza was already done. Both of them. Took home and dug in about 15 min later. Luke warm. Dry. Not fresh tasting. Would have been better off going to grocery store across street and buying a boxed take and bake and saved more than half the cost. My wife felt the same about hers.

Never have I tried a pizza that taste so nasty & look so un appetizing, seriously never thought that this would happen & I payed 30 something dollars for nothing, so disappointed that I ordered from Dominos, next time I'll go straight to Pizza Hut or Somewhere else.

Rating my local Dominoes

In the last couple of months, whenever I tried to order Dominoes Online for delivery, something invariably goes wrong. From waiting almost 3 hours for my pizza (which did arrive hot and fresh-not sure how they did that!)) to orders being dropped (but fortunately not charged), my local Dominoes has issues. When I call them to complain about the 3-hour delay and try to cancel the order, they refused to cancel saying it was out for deliver and refused to give me any credit. When I asked for the manager, again they refused and instead said that they were having delay due to the COVID and short-staffing. So the next time I ordered, I indicated curbside pickup. Again, they lost my order. I had ordered it at 3:00PM to be ready by 6:: 00 for pickup. I give up. Dominoes -- YOUR FIRED! I will not be ordering from my local Dominoes again! Papa John's here I come!
