Basically got robbed

Soooo we ordered a pizza through the app. Last night and after the order we waited 2 hours for this pizza to show up instead of the 30 to 45 min. Wait time, so we decide to call them and asked where our order was at, the manager, rude as hell too, said in a $#*!y attiude say "your order is out for delivery, i dont know when it will show up." Then hung up on me. So i called them back like wtf when will it get here? He proceeded to as what time i ordered, so I checked the app, it wont tell me, so i check on y card to see what time and i find out they charge me $50 for 2 large pizzas, so I told them to void the order and refund me. 24hrs later no refund, talked to the GM, hes pretty much ignoring me, my account is now in the negatives and no food. We do not own a vehicle and we just moved into our no place, so we have no food, she is also pregnant like wtf give me our money back so we can eat mother $#*!er. Wanna talk to me my number is *******504 thanks

Pissed off

After ordering a pizza I watched on the tracker it should have been delivered at 10:12 instead she drove around the apartments next door and did not call... I made countless calls to the Dominos on Cowan Road was told I needed to come get my pizza and I would not be getting a discount. Finally over an hour later they show up with my pizza cold as $#*!. I could have at least brought me a cold Coke my damn Coke was hot. This is unacceptable.

Multiple problems, about two weeks ago I ordered food at 11:15 PM, they cancelled my order and didn't bother to send me an email not anything. The store around me closes at 1:00AM that day. I have ordered cans of soda that never showed up and empty promises to fix it. Not only that I ordered a salad the other day, they gave me the wrong dressing, the salad was tiny as hell and lucky I was able to put it under the coupon but the fact they are charging 9 bucks for a salad that size is sad. Idc if I was able to save 2 bucks on it it still wasn't worth it.

Ordered 2 pizzas today and they were never delivered but my card was charged. When I called to find out where they were a couple hours later, they insisted they had been left at the door as part of contactless delivery. I was told "I could heat them up" if they were cold. My guess is that they were delivered to the wrong house. I called back an an employee answered insisted they were delivered without even asking the delivery driver and he hung up on me. I called back asked for a manager and was hung up on again. No compensation of any kind had been offered. I called my bank and cancelled payment to them also filed a complaint with corporate. Worst customer service ever!

Worst Service

I had placed a future order for carry out at the Seatac Dominos. Luckily I called 15 minutes prior to my pick up time. The store manager answered after being in hold for 20 minutes. She stated the store is CLOSED even though the website said they're open and I was able to place my order. Thank goodness for Little Caesar's Pizza! They saved my butt because this was for a staff meeting! I will never order from dominos again.

Stupid employee

I called the store to tell them I wanted to cancel my order cause it has been 2 hours I have ordered and nothing. The guy said: -we are now closed, cancelled all orders and we are too busy to call e tell people.
I was like: whatttt? The least you could do is call me, I am waiting for 2 hours.
He: I don't care how long you are waiting.

Can you believe these people? I would give zero stars if I could. They have no customer service for me to call or email.

RED TAPE

I LIKE THE PIZZA. IT IS ALWAYS LAST CHOICE DUE TO ORDERING DIFFICUTY. REWARDS SYSTEM MAKES YOU JUMP THROUGH TOO MANY WORSE THAN HOME DEPOT. CAN'T ORDER AS A GUEST WITH A CC. TOO MUCH TROUBLE, JUST MAKE ORDERING EASY.

Called the store in Lexington SC at 6:30 and ordered a pizza. It was removed from the oven at 6:53. Told we wud receive by 6:20. We received at 6:45 and it was cold! Have left a good review b4, but this is the 4th (and last) chance... good-bye Domino's!

Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. MOEL the manager. East Carson. He canceled our order because our telephone number had not been updated and the driver was afraid to knock on our front door.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood and have spent thousands of dollars over 5 years with this specific chain. An hour and a half in to not receiving our order which included a free pizza, i called and he stated that the driver would be there in 5 minutes.

1 hour later I called back and he stated he will not deliver to my address again becaUe the telephone number was incorrect and that it was a waste of HIS $40 worth of food for it to have to come back to the store. He didn't care about our history, he didn't care about the type of customer that I am, or that we tip heavily. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I told him it was much more important that my four children have been hungry for two hours and that it was not my fault that the driver did not knock on the door.

Yes, I forgot to update my telephone number in the app when I ordered, but the first time I called he did not state anything about my telephone number he only asked me to verify my address. He then went on to say that it is not 2020 and drivers are not knocking on customers doors. He also told me that he did not care that my children were hungry. It is disgusting to have a manager such as him working for this company. HOPEFULLY he is a terrible representative of what you guys stand for. It is not just about how much money I have spent with this company, it is about my children, it is about principality and morality. He was very disrespectful and condescending.

Called about a week ago and then again today. The manager was rude so I ordered pizza from another place. I thought I would give them one more chance. I thought someone else would answer the phone. Manager answered and was rude again. I called and asked where the pizza was about an hour later and he told me, " delivery delivery driver just left". Pizza was burnt, cheese was already hard and part of it was not edible. It was obvious that the jalapeños I requested to be put in a small container were picked off of the pizza. I ate some of the pizza because I was so hungry. He was very nice and pretended to not know who I was, ask him why actors three times. Gave gave me three options and I chose to have my card refunded because I did not want anything else to happen to the pizza before it got here!
I doubt very seriously that I will ever order Domino's Pizza again! Forgot to mention that the manager made this noise as if I was bothering him. He dropped the F bomb about messing up my pizza.

WORST PIZZA EVER

It's been bad for 20 years. I gave it another try after they did the "remarket" years ago and it was the same old crap! If you add in the TERRIBLE customer service and the sub par product (frozen pizza is better) Domino's is to pizza what a crawdad is to a lobster.

So I like dominoes pizza but u can't call for delivery at any shop near me cause they don't answer the phone to place order. Make u go in which I don't understand because they r delivery. Even if u want to speak to someone nope! When I go in there ain't no customers inside and workers look bored. And when u finally get order it's wrong. I wish there was a number I could call cause half their business should be made on deliveries alone. Pissed off. And for a food restaurant it's unbelievable.

I remember when Domino's Pizza opened in Newport Oregon. We used to order from there for our lunch at work They used to give you a good product (pizza, pasta bowl, etc). I just received my delivery. It was pretty disappointing! Chicken Pharm sandwich was sauce and cheese with a tiny bit of chicken (hardly any), and the sausage marinara bowl was skimpy and dry. My last pizza was skimpy, but I thought well... everyone has an off day now and then. Overall Very disappointed with the food. Delivery was fast though. I won't be ordering from there anymore.

Today I place the order for a no contact delivery when I received my order one of the items was in disarray however I contacted my local domino's and they addressed the issue promptly! I didn't have to wait for a credit or discount off my future purchase. I appreciate that level of customer service!
