Dominos has become an embarrassment to the pizza industry and seems to be focusing on making money instead of offering something worthwhile.
Avoid them!
One week I order one pizza from Greenfield, Ohio and I found it on my porch open and eaten off of. They did replace and still waiting on a return on money. However I called to ight and order two pizzas and the whole order was wrong. One was supposed to be thin crust, and it was hand tossed. The second pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni with extra cheese, but was a cheese pizza.
I ordered 2 pizzas at dominos nursery Clearwater fl. On 12/14/21. When I walked in the manager was cussing the workers to get back to work. When I got home an opened the boxes, the pizzas were pathetic, there was a bit of cheese to the center, but the rest of the pizzas was a hard distorted over burnt biscuit. Their pizza cutter does not even work., the pizzas were jagged here an there, I threw them in the bin, then ordered from papa johns. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here anymore, what a horrible thing to do to paying customers.
I ordered food last night and today. They forgot my (4) ranch dipping sauces last night and 2 again today. My lunch order sat in quality control for over 30 minutes and they couldn't remember my dipping sauces? After all that my food was cold and gross when it was finally delivered. I've spent over $60 to eat dinner last night and lunch today and they didn't get either order correct. Then when I tried to call the manager, they would not answer the phone. I will not be eating there again.

Very loud obnoxiously environment. Lots of highschool kids come in and act terrible. The workers don't say anything to them. Some workers are very rude like this Hispanic woman. The food is good. Small inside. Nasty Bathroom.
The place I work has had pizza delivered here many, many times, and most of the orders are over 100.00. They told me tonight they will not deliver to us.
This is first dominos pizza in a very long time. It will very long before I order again. Deep dish pepperoni and sausage, crust good, not enough pepperoni and sausage was almost non existent. Don't be scared, put meat EVERYWHERE. THE HANDTOSSED PEPPERONI AND SAUSAGE had the same problem, it tasted like a cheese pizza
Aldo the crust sucked too. It tasted like card board. The lava cake was good unfortunately the cake sucked up the cardboard so u can taste it. Maybe u can put something under the cake like wax paper or something. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DOMINOS. Stop doing do many commercials and put more meat on ur pizzas.
On 10/29/21 I purchased 2 pizzas from the Camden, Arkansas location. I have to say they were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten from this store. The quality was horrible, stale crust and undercooked with not very fresh toppings! How can you screw up pepperoni and cheese?
I am never eating there again and telling everyone I know to do the same.
Missing item on delivery, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes on spoke to, manager was told they were busy to go $#*! myself.
Do you want pizza and then you don't care about when it's delivered maybe that works for you. The food was at least warm but there was no warning that the delivery was going to take 2 1/2 hours.No ability to track the order no ability to know if the order was actually being filled we ended up forgetting to order two different foods that that night because delivery and the other one was terrible ability to track that the tracking process wasn't working.
On 4 occasions now I have placed an order online twice from Norwood and twice from swanley I have been charged the full amount and after waiting over an hour each time contacting the shop and each time they say they have never received the order even though the money had been taken from my account, for a global company, their online system clearly doesn't work, not happy and very hungry
I used to love this place and now I can barely stomach their food. About 13 years ago they made a fuss about "upgrading' their recipe and I personally was not a fan of it. Especially the sauce. I still ordered from time to time, but for the last few years, it took a complete nosedive in quality. I used to drive for a living and this was quick and easy to call ahead wherever I was driving, pick up, and keep on trucking. You could always count on a Dominos around you 90% of the time wherever you were. I've eaten Dominos from Arizona to Florida all over and in between. My issues with them are not specific to one location. They never put enough cheese on it and constantly taste bland, the bread is hard and tasteless, and the sauce is way too acidic. It's as if the pizza is deliberately overcooked. They are now in the same category of quality as Little Caesers in my opinion. The only thing I can stomach there is the soda. I will however say that it was an extreme rarity that I had any issues with the staff as far as customer service and as I said prior, I've been to many locations across the southern US.
My daughter ordered a pizza in Uniontown, PA yesterday and there was a PENIS drawn on her box. After speaking to the general manager we were told the delivery driver (who has worked there for years) is not an employee at the location (yet he delivered the pizza in a Domino's uniform). We were also told that random images have been appearing on the boxes and it happened in printing they had no control over it. We reached out to the franchise owner who we have yet to hear back from and the corporate line was busy with other callers. There was no order label on the box either which also seemed odd to us. The only other person we heard from was the delivery guy himself who rambled on and gave multiple excuses for it and argued with me about it. This is a poor representation of your company and a poor way of handling the situation!
Order didn't leave store until 1 hr after quality check. Clearly sat in hot holder an hour. Sweaty cheese not meltly. I've been a professional cook many years and know what garbage is. I used to think it was ok but never again in my life. I don't want their free garbage pizza coupon either but I'm about to spread the word so others don't have to eat the garbage
We ordered our pizzas at 2 pm for 5 pm. At 5:15 we TRIED to call the store, waited on phone for 35 minutes! By chance we got another call in call waiting at 5:45. It was the store on 16 th ave in Conway South Carolina. Whoopy, telling us that our pizza was waiting for an hour to be delivered in another 3-4 hours! First this notice was already 45 minutes late! And on top we should wait another 3-4 hours for a cold pizza?
This absolutely sucks. Trust me, this was the VERY LADT TIME I ORDERED FROM YOUR COMPANY. I asked politely to cancel my order, reimburse our money and ordered from a local pizzeria.
Thanks for absolute horrid customer service. I'll tell that story to who ever wants to hear it. Furthermore I'll leave my reviews where ever I can post it, Yelp, Yellow pages etc.!
I ordered online at 6 pm the program stated it would take up to 72 minutes for delivery at 9:15 that night finally got delivery it was half cooked the cheese barely melted the crust was so doughy it pulled out like the cheese was supposed to. I was on hold for almost 45 minutes they never answered I tried calling the next day same problem. I called corporate and filed a complaint they said the local owner should be in touch soon still waiting on that it's been 7 days corporate was nice but old like my money back so I'll tell you this be wary be very wary buy at your own risk!
Ordered at 540pm, called at 715pm for an update and was told 30 minutes longer. I didn't cancel just to see if it would actually come. By 940pm still no pizza. Worst service

I order a pizza domino's pizza it was cold bacon taste old. Spoke to manager wanted to charge me 4.00 to redelivered another pizza from the dover delaware
Answer: Not very and if you do they don't really care in my experience.
Answer: All pizza places are about the same but Dominos marks stuff up to make it look like great coupons.
