This store is aPOS. They took more than 2 hours to get my order to me and it was missing a pizza. Now it's going to take all weekend to get my money back and my kids didn't even get the pizza they wanted. Stay away from this hell hole of a restaurant.

I've been trying to order pizza for an hour and the website don't wanna work cuz. I don't have a car because my mom doesn't let me drive it. I want some cheese bread

I will never by your food again. Along with my 300 employees. I guess you believe in Black Lives Matter. I guess the riots didn't show you about blacks. I say back to Africa with all of them.

A couple of weeks ago I had a bad experience at the domino's on 32nd. Almost immediately tammy the CEO of the Fargo stores gave me a call and assured me the 3 people that were very rude were fired, and the rest would b retrained. She also refunded my money and let me know if I gave them a second chance she would pay for it. I called her last night and she made good for me and my 2 great nephews. The food was promptly done and I had great service from the young employees. The young man behind the register was named Owen. He was so sweet. He smiled and was very friendly. His customer service skills were the best. I feel this this young man should b recognized. I also believe tammy should b recognized as well. She is an amazing CEO. Thank u so much tammy

I love the rewards program, I actively take advantage of it when ordering. I would say the delivery is never speedy but for the most part the food is typically good.

I would prefer not to even give them 1 star. I placed an order from Domino's and when we got the food, the cheesy jalapeno bread had bacon after I requested non due to a vegetarian living in our house. Not only was there bacon, but the entire center of the bread was raw dough and completely unedible. Domino's sent me an email for 20% off my next order to make up for it. The other day I decided what the heck I'll order Domino's and use my coupon before it expires. I went through the whole process of ordering and did not see my discount. I thought maybe it calculated once I completed my order. WRONG. You have to sign up to be a "piece of the pie rewards member" in order to receive the discount. No thanks. I tried to contact Domino's as my order was incorrect AGAIN, and they wanted me to fill out an online form to place my complaint. Halfway through completing it, one of the questions they asked was what I have for a cell phone, what version of software is on it and what version of the app do I have installed on my phone. I refuse to give out that information and therefore could not go any farther with my complaint. I will never order from Domino's again. They are expensive and $#*!ty. I'd much rather get in my car and drive to my local pizza place and support them.

I ALWAYS select DELIVER TO PASSENGER SIDE and they ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL will bring the order to the DRIVERS SIDE!

The Online Ordering asks which side to bring the order to. It appears that either your employees are too d***n STUPID or too d**n LAZY to read the order directions... or it's not displayed for them... Don 't know which.

This one by my house, on Ash and US 20, seems to be a no go! Since they were new a year or so ago I got a 20% off my order. That still was over 25.00 for 2 sandwiches and bread sticks, else it would have been like 32.00 for the bill. If you dont want more meat then the thickness of a slice a lunch meat, you'll love it. I did NOT!

I recently ordered domino's pizza and was so disappointed, ordered the new York style pizza the crust was so thin you couldn't pick up a slice with out your fingers going through the crust, the sausage was more like consistency of a meat ball and tasted like it. Definitely not the domino's pizza I was familiar with, sorry to say I will not be ordering domino's pizza again, unfortunately it is the closest pizza place closest to me but I will travel or make my own

Hello okay now it's working I ordered a pizza wings and a coke and that was an hour ago I told them to tell the delivery guy to call me when he was leaving because their 7 miles away from where I live he called me said he'd be there in 30 seconds I have now been on hold with Domino's Pizza for about 20 minutes I will if I can put the snapshots on this app do not use Domino's they'll tell you that they're on their way they're not I stood out in the cold with a flashlight flashing for 20 minutes 30 seconds he said he'd be here I'm going on 60 minutes now I'm sorry but the pizza can't be that damn good I'll never order from them again ever they're 7 mi away from me

Disappointing Pizza.
Ordered Large Pizza with the Italian base which should be a thin crust - when arrived it was thin on the outer edges but thick, stodgy and undercooked in the middle of the pizza... nasty.
Phoned to complain and Domino's offered to send out a new pizza which they did, but unfortunately I received another pizza with undercooked dough. I hate to waste food but these were not fit for consumption, so had to throw away.
I will not be returning.

Order a deluxe 16.88 and there was barely anything on it. Way overpriced for what we received. Purchased 3 total.

This was from the Rita Ranch location Tucson AZ.
I was so excited when I saw the new cheese dipping Sauce. When it came and we opened the container wow what a bummer. There was 1/8 of an inch in the round container. It was burnt on the bottom. There was no way of dipping it. I was given 6 bread knots and could only barley use 3. My wife got the pasta which had little to no alfredo sauce in it. It was dry. This is a rip off. We quit ordering from Dominoes a few years. Ago but when we saw the ad for the dipping sauce, we were excited and decided to give you one more try. Never again.

Ordering from domino's was so much fun! There were so many dessert options I could pick and on top of that it had some really yummy looking desserts. They had a chocolate lava cake which has melted chocolate in it and it drips out after cutting into the cake. They also have cinnamon bread twists and cookie brownies.

Domino's has adapted well over the years to whatever may be the challenge. Technology, competition, pandemics... you name it, they tackled it. Food is decent for the price as it's always been. Glad they're still around, can count on them being anywhere you're stuck at.

Ordered a large supreme pizza by phone at 6:45 pm. Was told it would be delivered by 8pm. At 8:45 nothing had shown up so called store. They said they ran out of product had to call area manager for more, things got out of hand.
I asked why they didn't call no reply except they cancelled the order and others.
They said we could order all over again and wait again. Hah, we didn't and never will order from them again.
How rude to Not have called to inform us then not even offer either a free pizza or discount to reorder.

This is the best place I orders cinnamon twist with 3 frostings they came and only gave me 1 so I called and they came out gave me new twist and 3 frosting and three coupons with three large pizzas
