I bought two pizza yesterday fro the Ft Walton Beach store on Eglin Pkwy. They were by far the worst Pizza I've every bought. The hand tossed was like a thin crust but not crispy. It was very tough and chewy. The toppings were few and not good. Last Dominos for my family.

Domino's is our absolute favorite pizza place! The store that is located in Bloomington Indiana close to us does a fantastic job everytime! The pizzas are always delicious and the employees are nice and always on time! If I could taste Domino's 10 stars I would because they deserve it!

I am a loyal customer of Dominoes Pizza and I order at least twice a week from the same location, today I ordered pizza through the app like always, 3 pizzas and 1 2L of Dr Pepper, when delivered I received@ 20oz dr peppers, which the driver proceeded to tell me the manager wouldn't let her take any more 20 oz dr peppers than 2 to replace the 2 L. 2L of Dr Pepper is about 68 oz. Needless to say I am unhappy considered I called the location spoke with the manager and she said it was the drivers fault. The manager did say the driver could bring me 1 more 20 oz, but that really didn't seem fair to me or the delivery driver. When an order is taken but you don't have enough product to complete the order maybe calling the customer to let them know or credit them or compensate them for what they paid for.So aggravating that its ok for people to take advantage of their positions.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread sticks with marinara sauce. They not only didn't forgot my sauce, then told me I have to spend over $12.00 to get marinara sauce.

I ordered on line and the manager said to void our order and she wanted to charge us again after I paid online. The person who voided my order and wanted to charge me again after I paid should be let go from that position or even from the job because who knows who else she did that to. On top of that she had her boyfriend at the job looking like he wanted to fight.

I just stopped at Dominos at 36th st + indian school, at 9:30 in phoenix, walked in and asked to order a pizza. The tiny girl at register rudely said she was not taking any lobby orders? People were calling in, so I asked if I could call in my order? She curtly said she wasnt taking any carryout orders either, even tho the OPEN sign was on in the window, and told me to LEAVE? I asked her for her name but she refused to give it, saying she did not have to give her name, and to leave or she would call the POLICE? So I left to my car to write a complaint to Dominos, and the small angry girl opened the Dominos door and told me i had to leave the parking lot property? Im a senior citizen and have never gotten such bizarre, rude treatment, and i dont understand why now?

I ordered 2 pizzas one with chez the other pepperoni both pizza were very hard looking dry they never have change on them so I'm tipping them 10 cuz of this. This is the one in Savannah Georgia on Abercorn st.its sad cuz we use to enjoy there pizzas but never again.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER OF THE DOMINOS IN VIRGINIA MINNESOTA AND SHE TOLD ME THAT ITS COMPANY POLICY THAT THEY CANT SELL ME A PIZZA WITH EXTRA CHEESE!
SHE SAID THE AMOUNT OF CHEESE IS WEIGHED AND THEY CANT ADD MORE CHEESE EVEN IF I PAY 3 TIMES WHAT THE ENTIRE PIZZA COSTS! THAT IS THE CRAZIEST ANSWER EVER TO MY QUESTION THAT I WILL PAY ANY PRICE I JUST NEED MORE CHEESE!... MY BOSS IS A LOCAL JUDGE AND IS SUFFERING WITH MOUTH CANCER AND NEEDS MORE CHEESE SO IT DOESN'T HURT HIS MOUTH!. MELISSA THE MANAGER SAID SHE CANT ADD MORE CHEESE AT ANY PRICE!
I HOPE HER BOSS DOESNT AGREE WITH THIS INSANELY STUPID RULE, IF SO, THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS 4 EVER!...

Omg... why would a business hire a General Manager that has a nasty attitude and every single teeth in her mouth is rotten. She looks and acts like she on methamphetamine, and this is the person they have representing the company... that tells you about their standards. Anyways, I went to get my order and the bread looked extremely dry. I asked Liz (general manager), if she could at least put some more butter on the bread. She said she'll do it this time but the next time she won't. I told her to look at it that's the least you could do. Then when I opened the pasta container it had literally one single hand scoop of pasta. Before I could even say anything she said "like I told you last time that's all the Alfredo sauce we can put on there". So that further let's me know she purposely made my food that way because I hadn't even had a chance to say a word (she was being spiteful holding a grudge) I wasn't even thinking about the amount of sauce I was going to say something about the extremely small portion of food. She then goes on to insult me more by saying even if I complain to cooperate they ain't going to do nothing about it but give you a credit. That's all they are going to do they don't care. Saying everytime I come I have a credit like I don't spend my hard earned money at domino's constantly. She basically bragged that she's only going to be there 2 more weeks so she can do whatever she wants and get away with it. How could a company have a person like this in Management? Her attitude along with her appearance is very disgusting. She should not be allowed to continue to work another 2 weeks with the way she treat customers. That's saying a lot about Dominos. If something isn't done about her blatant disrespect I am taking this issue nationally. I'm going on every social media site and posting the video and pictures. I'm going on the company's site as well. I'm fed up with this particular Dominos fr!

The last two times I ordered Domino's pizza, I paid for extra items but when the pizzas were delivered, there were zero extra items and barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. Thought I would give them another chance... wrong choice, same thing happened. My daughter ordered one and picked up the pizza, got home and same story. Apparently, it's their way of saving money which in turn, is stealing from their customers. I will never ever buy or eat a Domino's pizza again. I
Encourage the public to stop eating Domino's pizza to stop them from customer theft.

You All should shut it down. It used to be good years ago, it's nasty now nothing taste good or look good, and the prices you all charge for that is ridiculous.

I will NEVER buy another pizza at Domino's. Taste is awful, like cardboard! Rude delivery person. Ugh.

We ordered a pizza with ham, but got pepperoni and green pepper on it. The other toppings were not distributed but piled up in the middle of the pizza. Burnt on one side. We tried to make a claim, all you can do is get next purchase 20% off. Who wants that?

After about a year my grandkids talked me into ordering from Domino's. As I had gotten tired of wrong or incomplete orders. My mistake again, incomplete order! Ordered 2 large 3 topping thin pizza's (which were great) and garlic knots with marinara and garlic butter dipping sauces. Pickup pizzas started to check and the young lady said everything is there as it just came rom Quality check. So I just loaded up and drove home low and behold no dipping sauces. Called store they said they would send them right out. That now has been approximately 2 hours and have finished pizza's and thrown out Knots. I do not want anything free as I see no reason for me to need your food again store #6385 order #*******. I ORDERED A PIZZA ON MY LUNCH BREAK THEIR DELIVERY GUY JUST GIVES MY ORDER TOO A RANDOM PERSON, IM WATCH HIM ON CAMERA NOW I CALLED BACK TOO THE STORE INQUIRING ABOUT MY ORDER WHEN THE GIRL STARTS CURSING ME AND TELLING ME ITS SOMEHOW MY FAULT I DIDNT GET MY ORDER WHEN I SPECIFICALLY GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO BRING PIZZA INSIDE TOO SECURITY DESK THIS STORE IS ON SOUTH MAIN IM HIGH POINT NC DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS STORE THEY ARE THE WORST AND WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK TERRIBLE CORPORATE TEAM NOBODY HAS YET TO REACH BACK OUT TO ME ABOUT MY NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR STORE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FAST AS YOU CAN!

I have always been a dominos fan but after 2 times getting sandwiches from this location that have 5 little strips of chicken, I'm done. Hard bread, no sauce and very little chicken.

James Bennett went above and beyond. James made a guess that I was stressed. I was with my cat in icu. Without asking he sent a treat with my pizza. Very, very kind.

I ordered online, the email showed it was canceled. However they delivered. I told the guy i didnt wanted cause i ordered somewhere else. He was relly rude and told me: " he was just the delivery man". I told him that I understand that. But if the email showed canceled i didnt wantvthe order no more. He took the pizza and just said:"its up to you guys" and he left.
I was in shock. First because if he was just the delivery ma why he had to get mad.
Second, he could just told me to call the store for any complain.
But he told me the computer is bull$#*!. But the order is here.
He was just rude.
Be careful. I dont know if the computer wasnt working at all or they just do that to people.
