I ordered four times, the first time they didn't have any drivers, the second time my driver got into a car accident, and the third time they brought the wrong Pizza... I'm not even getting compensated.
"Terrible customer service"

They only sell pizza, who wants pizza all th time. Pizza places I know offer many different salads&SUBS!

Just wanna say the Sandwiches literally have like nothing on them. For example got the chicken buffalo one tonight and it had no chicken. Just buffalo sauce and like one onion. Literally ridiculous. My dad gets them a lot and they never have much of anything. Basically just eating $#*!ty bread. Pizza is alright tho but ngl I like lil Caesars better if that says anything

The dominos at 795 ne rice road lees summit Mo ******* is terrible, unprofessional, pretty much any negative words to describe a company or business, this dominoes is that. The management at this location is trash. They were 1hour and 43 minutes late delivering pizza to my kids birthday party. I ordered the pizza for 12pm CST time and they delivered it at 1:43pm CST. The management at the location hung up on me 2x (with no aggressive language at the employee). They offered me a $15 credit and said it was my fault for not confirming the next day. The amount they charged my card was $20 more than quoted too. This store will not own up to their mistakes and make a reasonable offer to fix the situation. I've had pizza places show up late to birthday parties but never this late. And I've never seen a store location not care to resolve my frustrations.

We live only minutes from a Domino's and purchase from there often, using the Drive-Thru pick up feature. We used to have great food and fast service from this local Domino's, but the past few times have been bad, and I believe we are going to hold off ordering from there in the future. Yesterday has been the worst. We placed an order at 5:50 pm with an estimated pick up time over an hour later, for 6:59-7:09 pm. We understood the order would take a while longer than normal, but the order wasn't ready until 7:22 pm (nearly 15 minutes later than we were given). My husband didn't check the order before leaving the parking lot (he's had a stroke and after already having to wait in the parking lot in record-breaking temps at nearly 100°F, he'd had enough stress yesterday), and when he got home, I found our Stuffed Spinach/Feta Bread was the basic Stuffed Cheesy Bread, no spinach or feta as I'd ordered and our receipt stated. We also had two Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches which had no ranch - they were crusty and dry. I understand it was extremely hot yesterday and getting quality staff has been an issue at a lot of places, but that's no excuse when our order took 1 1/2 hours to get below average quality food.

We ordered from Domino's on7/30/2022. We ordered 4 cheesesteaks & a med pizza. The cheesesteaks were disgusting to say the least. There was very little meat & the cheese was burnt. We contacted corporate office about this problem & haven't heard background them. Needless to say, we won't be spending our hard earned money at Domino's again.

Warning to all! Stay far, far away from Domino's Pizza! They will hire any piece of garbage to be a " manager " HA! So when you order a pizza, and get the wrong item, call, explain, get lied to, hung up on! Just simply avoid it by NOT ORDERING DOMINO'S IN THE FIRST PLACE! I'M HERE TO HELP! P.S. IF YOU MAKE THAT MISTAKE, FYI,,,, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND!;@@(?! GOOD LUCK! TO YOU, I MYSELF, WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! DOMINO'S STINKS!

I have placed an order from dominos app today, the delivery person cancelled the order and ruined the happiness which we are going to celebrate, when I tried to call the outlet manager they told me they have some policies under which a delivery person(Mr. Uday Sarkute) can cancel the delivery without customer confirmation, how can a delivery person has the authority to cancel the order. Also, the delivery boy has unprofessional behaviour on the call after asking why you have cancelled the order. I am not going to order anything from dominos as this was happening with one of my friends also, the delivery person cancels the delivery, How could a person keep tracking always on the app where is my order and expect a call from the delivery person and if was not able to pick the call then they will cancel my order, is this a way of delivering an order, Really if you are not aware of local address for the delivery as updated the address on dominos app and on the call but still the delivery person was asking and calling for the delivery address, not good man... not good.
VERY BAD SERVICE DOMINOS, UNPROFESSIONAL AT HANDLING CUSTOMERS' CONCERNS.

I never have cockroaches but then i ordered from dominoes in Hurricane, Utah and suddenly i have roaches, baby ones. So i got the pizza box out of the fridge and found a nest in the corrugated box.

I will never order from dominoes ever again... so gross

I ordered pizza from 4223 Beulah Rd. N Chesterfield, VA Friday evening. I waited 15 minutes.
Went insdie to cancel order. While inside, I noticed that there was guy dropping cheese on top of pizza WITHOUT GLOVES. Will not be going back there!

Management was rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say and kept changing what I said. Pizza not good, soggy wings, and very little cheese with sauce that didn't taste good anyway. Food was bad, but wasn't before! Didn't want to hear it. Pacific, MO

Went into keizer Domino's to pick up my pizza Wasn't told that they couldn't take a large bill was never posted anywhere They told me to go across the street to break it They said across the street they couldn't break it when I went back over to try and purchase it The guy said he wouldn't let me buy it I became exasperated he ended up coming from behind the counter getting into my face and yelling at me like he was going to punch me, I just left And then The worst part is after 3 months of trying to get through them They've never responded Their customer number never works so I don't know why they post it, It's a very horrible business model really trashy customer service And then they ask me for proof of purchase at one point when I never got to purchase the pizza, worst business dealing ever

Dominos pizza on Claybourn in Chicago. Very kind and really work hard, they always prepare and bake to perfection. Fast delivery, always hot. Thank you dominos.

The food was wrong and they went ahead and added their own tip to my credit card. How kind of them. The management team us a joke. They didn't even apologize. Said I had no right to call the cops.

I think that when you order a thin crust pizza when you get extra cheese on it the cheese should be actually falling off the crust because it is so thin. It was the worst thing crust pizza I had ever got I took pictures of it.

Dominos on St-Hubert customer service suck! They forgot my order, when I call an hour later to check what happen, the guy was so arrogant and quite frankly he didn't give a $#*!.
