Was our fav place to order pizza in NC, moved to Jackson Mich and used Prospect St. They didn't have salads although my money was taken for them. The driver said they told her they would put it on next order. Never would. I called multiple times and they stopped answering my calls. I talked to corporate and they said they would fix it, NOTHING. I'm out 15.00 and haven't used them since.

Extremely poor customer service at this site. Wrong order! Poor Communication! Order was never put out for delivery.

I worked for Domino's off and on for two years. I quit the other day. I finally had enough. The pay sucks. They take advantage of their employees. When you piss off GM they cut your hours and sometimes your pay. As a manager I was making $14/hr and was told I couldn't get anymore raises. I was sick and off work three days and my hour was cut from 45-53hrs a week down to 34hrs week. They gave my position to a driver without training her. She was getting $15/hr but was told I can't get any more raises. Few months ago the full time drivers got raises to $15/hr plus their tips and mileage pay. Us managers couldn't get raises. Then the owner was arrested and has to sell. I think Domino's needs to do better on every aspect. I understand being short staffed and customers getting aggravated bc the app will tell them 30mins for delivery but then takes 2hrs to get their food. They need to update their system. It was always ok for the GM to be sick and miss work but would get pissed if anyone else missed work. When ever I missed work I always had Dr note. There is a lot of favoritism going on. I had this customer who would come in and he always made me feel uncomfortable. He would say inappropriate things and just stare. I had one of the driver's witness this happen every time. I told my GM and the district manager about the situation. Told them I wanted him to be trespassed and they never done anything about it. The last time he came in I told him he was no longer welcome in our store. Told him if he came back the cops would be called. When I told my GM that I had said that to the customer the GM said I wasn't allowed to do that. I told her I have every right to do it. And as a female late at night we should have one more insider so we're not left alone in the store by ourselves in case something was to ever happen but Domino's didn't care about that all they cared about was making money

Great customer service today after getting my pizza wrong they delivered new one within 10min and still very hot. Thanks

Ordered pizza and 2 liters for delivery. The driver brought the wrong order so I went to the store to ask for the right order the manager Ananda and workers Mari, and Hayden were spectacular. They made sure my order was remade and threw in an extra 2 liter for the inconvenience. Also the food was perfect. Besides the great food it's employees like Amanda Mari, and Hayden that makes Domino's our families choice for pizza. Great job you 3. Can't wait to see you next time. On a scale 1 to 10 I say 6. Decent flavor but I ordered a large 5 toping by phone and thought they said $13.00 plus. When I got there they said $23.00 plus. OMG! I think it was 14 inch maybe 15. When I order from an actual pizza shop I can eat 2 pieces but this I ate 4. Now if I get one from NBO in Wanamaker or xtaordinary I get twice as much for the same price. Duh! For a family of 6 you would have to get 2 for 50 bucks? Geeeeez! Get a couple Tombstone frozen pizzas and save a bunch... lol Never again I promise.

When I called in this morning the person who answered waited for about 20 rings to answer, and no that's not a joke. When he did answer, at his leisure, he was extremely blunt and rude. Not worth calling in because the employees don't give a crap about the customer. Dominos should just fire all of them and get new employees who care about their job.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas including a one and 2 topping pizza and they charged me full price due to I didn't say coupon and wouldn't credit my card back. No where on the commercial does it mention coupon. Definitely will not order from a place that chooses to rip people off.

I ordered medium hand tossed 2 topping pizza, Philly Steak, light onions. Heather prepared me this nonsense. Crust is almost thin crust, have slices with no meat at all. Heather 3202 E. Indian School Rd. Phoenix Arizona

We ordered 2 med. Pies on Hawaiian style the other 6 cheese The Hawaiian was delicious but the cheese was awful and rubbery. Never again. I paid $32. After I realized I could have gotten them for $6 99 ea. I hope the owner of Waseca store enjoys the profit! Will not order again

We ordered pizza to be delivered at 19:15 but it was only delivered at 19:45. It was also the wrong pizza. We ordered a vegan pizza and they gave us a pizza with cheese. We ordered extra spinach toppings but these were never delivered. I will never order there again.

I use to order from Domino's in Maple Grove Minnesota years ago. The food always came cold and even brunt at times. Last week, I decided to order from Domino's again. I was totally surprised by the quality of the food and service. The food arrived hot and delicious! I have ordered 3 times in the last week, and I do plan to continue ordering.

I ordered two pizzas from Dominos and the following night, everyone who ate it was throwing up. My sister's and I can not go to a very important meeting because we can't stop throwing up.

On salad! Dressings in separate containers.
All in all a 10 rating in taste & presentations!

The bread was so oily i had to blot them with paper towels to eat them I don't know what went wrong but they need to fix it plus I was in ted almost ten minutes in drive thru before they try ook my order location 182nd in division I must admit after bloting the oil out the bread was good

Went to pick up my pizzas and was told I have to wait an additional 45 minutes. When asked why do I have to wait for so long after my pick up time was repeated screamed at to get out by staff. They don't like interracial couples here. Was refunded before asking for a refund and was followed outside by staff members who were threatening to f*ck us up in their words and to bounce. Staff are extremely ghetto.

I recently accidentally ordered from the Howland Blvd (Deltona Fl) Domino's Location, instead of The Providence St. Location (Where I Usually Order From), What A Big@$#% Mistake. Not only was the pizza not up to par, but the general attitude of the employees was nothing less than "deplorable", I Love Domino's, but if I had to get my food from the Howland Blvd location, I'll take my business to Papa John's.
