The overall food was fine. But why did they feel the need to include an empty pizza box with my order?
After I recieved my order that was completely wrong l called and was told it would be resolved for the next time l order. I order once a week. I travel here for work, so lm a regular that spend 100/month. L called to see what "insurance" as they claim would be offered... to my surprise and frustration. My claim was invalid because I didnt go to web site and place a claim... nothing was offered. Not even an apology... nevermind that l had been placing orders for the last six months... so yeah delivery was incompetent... person that took my compliant was incompetent. No guidance to file on website. And when I talked to Ashley the "manager". She was/is even more incompetent. Can't make the wise decision to keep a 1200 a year customer. To give an excuse that it was very busy that day... Hello! It's pizza... can they not handle being busy. Its not rocket science... pathetic... dont order from Alamosa C0 Dominos..
Tasty enough but they cheap out on the toppings. The crust is chewy and the sauce flavorful. But I ordered a Sausage/Pepper and there couldn't have been more than one oz. Of ingreds.
I don't care about all your guys's problems, but I just love the pizza, OK. My family orders this pizza every once and a while and it is amazing.
Food is not accessible for most restaraunts if you eat on fixed income rather than yourself. Domino's should not be downgraded because it is not a safe alternative for bread. Is the price new and flavourful? Yeah. Yeah. Will they have incentives and coupons? Yes to the two. Your food is easily prepared and they have more than pizza on their menu.
I ordered a deep dish pizza from the Hudson NY store. They were going to charge me $16 for a medium 2 topping pizza... but when I said forget it they said I could get 2 for $12?. So I ordered a pepperoni with xtra cheese. Was dissapointed when I saw the pizza. There was barely any cheese on it. Plus they used the wrong crust. Guess I should have checked before I drove home 10 miles away. Tasted like cardboard. Disgusting that I spent $14. Ate I piece and threw all the rest in the garbage. A $1 frozen pizza from the grocery store has better taste. Sorry for the bad review but I'm mortified
We saw a commercial about the "new fantastic" cheesburger and the chicken taco pizzas. They looked good---ordered one large of each--what a joke! There was maybe 1/2 cup of toppings on each pizza. Edges burned---actually no flavor at all. Never again! Store #6981 in Brownwood, TX
I order two cheese pizza but they bring someone did want someone who did want it they delver it has spice I will complain channel 7
Dominos pizza 8100 Biscayne Blvd right around the corner of my house I called in to make an order to pick it up the young man told me no pick up only delivery remind you I'm right around the corner who knows how long it would take the delivery to get to me not knowing where I'm at in line of many other orders he hung up in my face great customer service for dominos to treat hungry people don't need of a delivery
They lost a star for CHARGING OVER $1.00 FOR PARMESAN! Don't know how likely they will be on our list of places to eat. Sounds like they are getting greedy. Think about what you're doing, it's not just me
The service is great, their customers relationship is awesome, they well organized and great pizza, beautiful environment
We purchased a Large Veggie Pizza from the Mt. Airy, MD store last week at about 7pm. Here we are still talking about it this week, imagine that. It was hot, it was great tasting, with a superb tasting sauce and veggies. The spices were not over done and the crust was done just right. It made our night and we just wanted to THANK all who participated in it's making.
Ordered Supreme. With thin crust. Only about 1/4 of pieces had a VERY thin slice of Green Pepper. Disappointing. Generally speaking, a light hand with any of the toppings.
Domino's came on time and HOT! I have never ordered a pizza that arrived so hot and delicious. This was for a work event and it went well due to this scrumptious pizza! I ordered the pizzas with extra tomato sauce and well done, I highly recommend doing this with your next order. You will not regret it!
Ordered meat lovers pizza from Mt Gambier store, the meat smelt and tasted off, manager was really rude when we took pizza back, the pizza ended up in the bin, apart from the off meat, the pizza was uncooked and sloppy. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK GETTING FOOD POISONING.
The delivery of my order was within the time limit. I also received a call from Dominos representative for feedback. Their Cheese pizza is Delicious. Nicely Packed. Amazing Quality of the pizza. They have many varieties of pizza, Fries, and garlic breadsticks.
I ordered my pizza w/garlic sauce. I thght 1 sauce came w/it but learned that it didnt. I always pay for xtra but my pizza arrived w/NONE. When I called the store (#8761 on Butler RD) the young man explained sauce doesn't come with orders an when I adv I paid for xtra, he said he didnt see it and offered his Mgr. I spoke to the Mgr Scott who said the same so I asked if i cld get sauce bought (pizza not as good w/out it) he said NO. I asked for a refund and he said NO! I asked if he said NO? He said yes... You got what you paid for and HUNG UP! I WAS STUNNED. I CALLED CORP and was told I would get a call back. Amber called me back today to say she sees I always pay for xtra sauce but may have been computer issues and offered me $5 ONLY APOLOGIZING FOR THE SAUCE, NOT THE WAY I WAS TREATED! I told her to keep her $5. I will never use it because they will NEVER get my business again!
Prices are too high for the medium quality of the ingredients that are used to prepare the pizzas. The Philadelphia filled crust is an amazing idea though :)
Once again Domino's is at the forefront of failure. I found a Facebook page that has this exact problems stretching back to 2012. The web page won't accept the gift cards for payment. It claims it doesn't recognize them and their only help feature shows you where to find the number. One would suspect that at some point they'd get a web sever team that could make sure that either the function worked or would provide something in the way of help instead of driving customer away.
One of the few places with nice pizza but the customer service is sometimes slow and inadequate. Overall a good place though
