The experience is good but the fact that I need to contact your support to set up AAAA records for my domains is one of the most inefficient and annoying workflows anyone has ever come up with.
Why is it not just an additional option in the dropdown menu?
I just made a purchase and I cannot find any information or reference to the domain name. The site is not very user friendly

Billing for items that are not explained? I cancelled and still continued to get billed? Find another company with more transparency!

Any time I have to add an email, it takes forever. The customer service is always great, but I shouldn't have to work 2 hours each time to add an email

There is no instructions on what you need to do next. I didn't realize my email was thru google platform
I just check my PayPal app and I found they keep charging me for all services which I didnt ask for very unexpectedly. WHITOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.

Why was I not informed that my domain is about to expire!? Now someone has bought it and I've lost access to emails and more! Wtf? No warning, no email, nothing!?
Everything is arranged so that it is easily found when needed. When I wasn't sure how to do something with the server side form to email, I quickly found a tutorial on your site that clearly explained what I needed to do.
I can not talk to a real person, auto system...ask what my first job was?
Then I got a call back and hung up. Do you think that is good service?
