Love it. It was easy, allowed me to create my very unique
Im so confused. And I can not seem to figure this out
I set up a domain. Paid to have it secured. Then paid to add an email with Google services. Now it's a nightmare just trying to log in to it.
It is difficult to be writting on the chat, its easier to talk on the phone, not all of us work in an office.
The website is not opening and I do not have an option to create an email address with my new domain name.
Can't remember my password. Can't change my password. Error code messages. Invalid entries, getting website renewal notifications on products I'd cancelled. Your website doesn't seem to be working properly. I'm in here without logging in.
Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good Good
It is just too expensive, that will be the only reason I will go
I have had the misfortune of using domain.com as my hosting provider, and I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, their service has been unreliable and subpar, but nothing could have prepared me for the frustration and inconvenience that I experienced when they left me without email and website for more than week and still unsoveld,
During that time, I made numerous attempts to contact their customer service and technical support teams, but to no avail. The response time was non-existent, and when I finally managed to get through to someone, they were completely clueless and unable to provide any meaningful solutions or assistance. It was as if they were reading from a script and had no real knowledge of the technology or systems they were supposed to be supporting.
The lack of support and communication was bad enough, but the real issue was that the problem persisted for five days with no resolution in sight. My business ground to a halt, and I lost valuable time and revenue as a result. It was a complete disaster, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service that domain.com provided.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using domain.com as your hosting provider. Their service is unreliable, their support is non-existent, and their technical knowledge is severely lacking. If you value your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere for a more dependable and trustworthy hosting provider.
I can't get back into my website and keep getting redirected to build a new one from scratch
Domain.com has been a great user-friendly hosting and domain source. The customer service is spot on in my experience and probably the biggest selling point.
I'm trying to cancel my Website Builder Express. I can't find an option to do that anywhere on the site. I opened a chat to get support and have been waiting 12 minutes without getting a single response. This is miserable customer service. Just make a cancel button! Why don't you have a simple cancel button!
Your website is terrible - slow unresponsive and the mobile version is even worse
I purchased a domain and billing was successful, but it says there are no domains associated with my account.
I cant access my website difficult to navigate site
For the last couple of weeks I have had nothing but unsolved problem after problem. Domain comignling, accounts comingling, pointers not working. The list goes on.
Not sure why I have two domains now, tried to get chat to help me. Very unhappy with the service received
I haven't been able to edit my DNS record successfully, which I need to do for my Google Workspace account.
These 'upgrades' to the admin area are horrible. It's WAY slower, and it seems like you can't actually do as much as you used to - let me know if I'm just missing something. So far, I am hating this.
I'm still trying to figure out how to do everything, but do far so good.
