I haven't been able to edit my DNS record successfully, which I need to do for my Google Workspace account.
These 'upgrades' to the admin area are horrible. It's WAY slower, and it seems like you can't actually do as much as you used to - let me know if I'm just missing something. So far, I am hating this.

I Bought a domain with this company, I splell 1 letter wrong at my email...than starts my nightmare, contact them many time by chat, proof my ID, fill up the forms they ask for aswer all the questions, inclued the last digi for my credit card... more than 48 hours nothing happened, I can have any confirmation of my purchase, can not access the domain I bought, and the answer is the same our team working on, waiting they contact you... Lord I just need to access and has a confirmation for what I paid for... they don't care they just play with you pattience never ever reccomend this company again! I have few domains in different companies never get this problem and takes so long! Think 3x before paid or get any service in this company!
My website created with the web builder continues to not be reachable. When I click view site I get the Not secured prompt.
I want to cancel my purchase. Was waiting 20 minutes to chat with someone and hung up. You do not have HELP online or on the phone. BAD SERVICE>

The site is not very clear. I received a billing notice about a domain (harperhessburg.com) and selected to park the domain but there is no history of this on the dashboard.

Not easy to navigate thru your site. Too many clicks to get to my domain maintenance. Plus your site locks up all the time and I have to remove cookies over and over to get thru. Something isn't right
The site is good, I like to use it, but the fact that I can't cancel a domain has caused me harm over the years, there are several domains that I bought for clients, which I can't cancel and you keep charging me without giving me the option to cancel, this is absurd, I consider it an offense to my right to free choice.
Had to "chat" to find out my username in order to log on. Very frustrating. No phone number access to speak to someone live. I did not create my user name and would not have used the 5 numbers assigned by your company.

It's too hard to make changes regarding payments. The service is much more expensive than competitors.

I didn't buy any of this domain but I was fraudulently charged. I've been on a chat with Gana for over an hour asking her to cancel the transaction but instead, he or she is frustrating me. I've asked her several times to transfer me to a supervisor or someone else that can help but she wouldn't. So talk about a company from HELL
Your site is not user friendly nor is it informative and I can never get anyone to assist me.
