Adding multiple email addresses is not at all easy or obvious
My connected email stopped receiving email and there is no one i can reach for support
THEY DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND USE ROBOTS, THEY NEVER ANSWER EMAILS AND YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU PAY ONE YEAR, OR MONTH AND MONTH, BECAUSE THEY INTERRUPT THE SERVICE 1 MONTH BEFORE THE END OF THE CONTRACT. YOU CAN LOSS YOUR WEBSITE AND LOSS GOOD OPPORTUNITIES BUSINESS FOR USE DOMAIN, WE PAID OUR DOMAIN FOR 1 YEAR, AND NOW THEY NEVER ANSWER AND WE CAN'T "FORWARD OUR BUSINESS DOMAIN NAME" FOR OTHER COMPANY. WE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY NEVER GIVE US A SOLUTION, THEY KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH OUR LAWYERS WRITE, THEY DON'T CARE.

Confused about the steps I need to take to setup services
I had no instructions on where to find my email address or how to even set it up. I only received an email to verify my account, and that was it.

When i logged in it gave me all code... three times not sure why
Very good, but had some trouble logging in with my domain, had to login with username instead, aswell as my emails ended up in the spam inbox, but overall good!
Your site is very hard to navigate! It's also impossible to use a pro password program because your popup blocks the password key. There's no clear way to go to the search for a new domain name once I'm in the site.
No idea what I have paid for since everything is trying to charge me more.
I purchased the website as well and it won't load when I click "Build" just keeps saying it's loading.
Login in is slow email or control panel like it takes forever
Mix up names and not made easy to navigate through it.

Why did you not notify me when my domains were going to expire becaus the payment method was not working?
I'm having difficulty to use my new email and connect I choose the one from Google and I could not connect. It's not so easy actually.
THIS IS SUCH AN EASY PROCESS...COMPARED TO ALL OF THE OTHER SMALL BUSINESS PROCESSES THAT A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER HAS TO ENDURW THROUGH TO GET THIER COMPANY UP AND RUNNING!

Didn't get the info that my username wasn't just my domain name, which caused a problem logging in. Also, the SSL hasn't gone through in almost 24 hours, so my site still shows as unsecure.
Adding items I don't need for free to then later auto renew and charge me isn't nice.
