It's a little difficult to make new email addresses

Confusing over the options and how to set up an email address
Switched from google domains to this site and i paid for ssl that does not work. Went on tech support twice and still nobody can figure it out
Everything is pretty straightforward. Easy to use decent UX/UI. Only observation is on the domain search page, when the shopping cart is clicked open, it doesn't close that easily. You have to actually click the strip. Also, pending size of user's screen, also in the way.
Lastly, scroll speed and load speed are not matched so that the it feels laggy and makes a user not want to explore the myriad choices of extensions you have available.
Why not include the domain name on the invoices? Do not like having to figure out different ambiguous ".com" bills, etc
So far, I had a few issues which are currently being resolved.
I get billed for domain I did not purchase and cannot readily access customer service to process a cancellation
Be prepared for hidden costs. Don't give them your credit card number. Credit card traps.
Be prepared to keep paying to get a complete package, oh you need this also...oh you need this also.
Junk...and everything is AUTO RENEW on your credit card!
Then try and get help...wait forever, oh can you fill out another survey

The initial process, and required steps, are not obvious in the first instance; and the Launching of the Webmail resulted in the system "freezing". Access and activation to personal email associated with the domain name weren't clearly identified.
I finished building my website after almost 3 hours and suddenly the page went blank and nothing saved. Its not easy putting in that much time and effort for no reason

You have taken hundreds of money from me with the
'Google Workspace Business Starter. I have even called to cancel and you continued to charge me. I had 2 different accounts that you charged me from. I feel cheated and as soon as I can, I will be moving my domain. I am requesting my money back or I will be contacting the Missouri Attorney General's Office, FCC, and the FTC.
