Fast easy to update. Seamless website. Very good price and value for he money
Slow to react, but good once the issue was understood
What is it about Domain.com that caused 2 of my cards to be rejected by my banks as possible fraud?
My first bank rejected domains attempt to renew my com name. I tried again and again still no luck. Called the bank and while I was on the phone with their fraud department, attempted to renew my com as they monitored the transaction attempt. Still rejected, so I gave up on that card.
Next, I loaded another card onto Domain as my primary payment method instead. Guess what- yep rejected. Got on the phone with that cards fraud department. I assured them that it was legitimate transaction by me. I finally got the chat person to run the card again while I was chatting. Finally it cleared and was able to renew my.com name. It should not be this hard. I am suspicious of Domain. Com now because, if two of my banks initially thought it might be fraudulent transacting with Domain, maybe I should be also.
Ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok
This is a relatively cheap and decent website builder. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it gets the job done and you can still build a really nice website with it.
Was looking for a new domain, found what I wanted quickly. Have used this many times.
Everything is good thanks I just don't have. I thing else to say
Its is easy to understand even for a person who doesn't belong to IT
Great response and quick turnaround in getting info I need from support team.
Excellent. Excellent excellent excellent excellent
I am satisfied with the work being offered. Keep up the good work.
I moved my 10 domains to domain.com in April. From the first day faced with the problems. I don't know why but they locked my account in the first day. The only explanation was "securty". After I spend so many times with the chat realised that the customer support doesn't know the reason of my locked eighter.
The first that I've realised that this was the worst refistrar ever & decided to move out my domains when ever ICANN regulations will let me.
In the beginning of June I've tryed to move out but my account was still locked; as I learned from the chat still in securty check.
That's why I was not able to get my Transfer Authorization Code.
I filled a complaint form on ICANN's web site & received my codes after 5 - 7 days.
That's why in my point of view domain.com is the worst registrar ever :(
Lovely support system. I've enjoyed my experience with them ever since I started using their products. Keep innovating.
The customer service staff easily could resolve the issue.
Domain.com was recommended to me by a relative and I am glad I took their advice. It has been a great journey with domain.com and I will not hesitate recommending it to a future client.
I wish to transfer my domain from your company and i soon as i can i will... hopefully soon
Stay as far away as possible. I reinstated my domain with them. They immediately had backend server issues that their highest technical team could not resolve. They refunded my money but kept my domain. For weeks I was told I was getting my domain back and when it failed, I was repeatedly thanked for my patience and understanding but it would be a few more days. Today I was told that I got my money back but I could not get my domain back until at least 60 days. They have forced me out of my domain and business because they couldn't keep their end of the contract and activate my domain name.
Was easy to setup and choose. Good value and easy navigation.
Unlike other services after passing the
'Bot's' initial Chat - I found chatting to a real person fairly immediate ie. Not having to wait longer that 45mins mins mostly.
However, I was given the wrong information that led to me to taking my website elsware and just keeping my domain name with domain.com -
