Pretty good so far. Having a little trouble with the web design, but I'm new to it. It'll be fine.
Vert disappointed that the only thing it seems can be used here is google workspace. I am not a tech guy and maybe i misunderstood or just did not realize what i was doing but if I would have known that i would have never signed up with domain, com.
The customer service is too slow; the payment process from a Mastercard even slower
So far it has been a very seamless and user friendly integration of domain and website creation for my small business. Very professional looking and easy to use.
I have been trying to suspend my auto renewal payments as I no longer need my domain name but due to some glitch it seems impossible for me to do this. I have ended up having to cancel via bank.
It was pretty easy to set up a email account for a new domain that I created that day.
Expired domains Domain.com is parking expired domains they want to park and others not. It's pure greed! Once the hosting plan is done. I am moving away from those business killing organisation!
Communication with your agents is very confusing. The setup of a WordPress site is difficult to understand for someone who has not built a website before.
Confused, signed up and have been charged for web hosting and website builder. Having issues with the website builder. I know it's user error but they're asking me to buy extra stuff I haven't even got it built
Not been able to log in neither access site builder
Every time I have needed to contact Domain.com I have have been able to chat online without waiting very long at all and the team have been so helpful in resolving and issues and answering all my questions. They are always available and very helpful in all matters relating to either technical or account matters.
My websites keep getting random 500 error. I've complained and it get better for a while and then comes back.
I can't believe how easy this was to set up the email and the website. Thanks for making me look like a pro.
Domain.com has become my main domain registrar. Still a few left at the daddy, but those will be moved over this year. Much better overall experience here.
This is my first time ever doing something like this, and was unsure how it would go. You have made it easy to navigate and when I did have an issue you were quick to answer my question and quickly resolved the problem.
I can't get my email I purchased verified because it is registered to namebright even though I purchased it through domain.com and all the extras including the email address. I called a helpline # and they originally said it needed to be done through namebright. I don't know how to do that. Then said give it up to 48 hours to be corrected. I received an email from domain.com to verify my email but no instructions on how to do that and no verification that the fix was made.
I've not had much experience with your service beyond waiting for the provisioning of the domain purchased. I don't know what your purchase page said, but on the control panel it says this can take up to 24 hours. In over a decade, I've never waited more than 5 minutes for a purchased domain. Ever. It's now closing in on 24 hours.
Your purchase page needs to state this particular caveat very clearly.
Your site has become hard to navigate. In addition, other service providers provide free of charge domain privacy.
Logins sometimes don't work on first try, redirect to some weird page. Some of my historical payments also did not go through. I had to contact support.
It's good but it would help if you had a option to let us block spams and the large number of fishing e-mails etc.
Thanks
