You charged me for web hosting 2 years in a row and only refunded the second charge after I caught you. If you do not refund the first charge I will be leaving you soon.
Hosting has been great. Website builder basic fits my needs. I did have to reach out to support as the builder broke and my site while still live was un-editable for several months, but they have since restored all functionality.

FROM ALL SITES - LOGIN TO YOUR SITE IS MOST FRUSTRATING: IT IS HEAVY, DELAYED, NOT ALWAYS WORKING (I have dozen devices: Laptops with different OS, Gaming/Office PCs, Working PCs, Android phones,...) IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT USER FRIENDLY! I TRYING TO AVOID USING YOUR LOGIN, BUT WHEN I TRY AGAIN - I'M GUESSING "CAN I CONNECT NOW OR NOT?"
