I usually do not do a negative review but today at this Dollar Tree in Romeoville I'll, store 4419 worse. I was trying to help by letting them know that customers had filled up one aisle. The manager came out not a smile on her face. She didn't let the other customers waiting know to come and get rung up. I suggested she turn her light on and she snapped with ( I don't turn my light on. So waved my hand to have other customers follow. I know it's hard to work in a pandemic but it's also hard as a customer to come in a store with negative vibes.

If you are going to charge people $1.25 you need to change the sign to Dollar Plus store.
It's faults advertising.

I love this store, let, s be real times are hard, prices are on the rise, at the Dollar Tree you can get house hold items, Food, otc medicine, for a $1 or $1.50 you can, t go any where that cheap, they also have tools so men they have items of tools and might l say they have a great line of tools, shampoo, baby items, and pets items, so go today and get your shopping done,

I would've paid a dollar for your bull$#*! but not $1.25 you lost my business for good I cannot shop there anymore I can find the stuff cheaper elsewhere

I dont know any bussiness that raise their prices that much. For sometime they have cut down on their packaging, like cookies, peanuts etc. They could have raised their prices 5 orv10 cents but 25 is crazy. I won't be shopping here any longer.

This store needs HELP. I constantly see the same mgr open til close daily. Seen one female unloading multiple truck ALONE while supposedly Corporate ppl there just standing around talking. A Billion dollar company should be ASHAMED!

I ordered 20 8 inch glass candles. The first shipment of 8 candles was packed in such a bad way that the carton was torn and two of the candles were broken. I sent them an email with pictures but got no response for three days. I called customer service and they told me to leave a number so that they can call me back. They did not call for more than an hour. I called them again and had to wait more than 17 minutes before I can get to a human being. I was told they will reimburse me for the broken candles but not replace it. I will never buy anything from Dollar Tree.

I visited the dollar tree again today. The workers were loud and ghetto like my last visit, I got followed around the store like a true thief until I noticed and let them have it! HOW DARE YOU! But see the real problem was I was actually purchasing all of my items... do they? It's an Spanish or Caucasian looking lady that works there that's on meth! They are the theives check yourselve berkeley ca dollar tree! Your insulting REAL PAYING customers! 1 star is too much of a rating for the employees and store that don't seem to be cleaned or stocked the 2 times I visited it!

I don't see why they had to change the prices and also half the things are been changed it's either removed or been changed to less ounces u buying so NO WE DONT WANT NOR NEED IT TO BE $1.25 plus the taxes!

The dollar tree isn't worth shopping there anymore everything's a dollar twenty-five cents now I have shopped at some other stores and found some items for less than the dollar tree is selling them they should change the name because it isn't a dollar anymore this is false marketing now

Complaint # 1) cashier packed all my liquid bottles into one paper bag! 5 bottles collapsed on me not even walking within one block of store! Bag ripped in half and all cleaning products were on my coat. Start selling stronger bags! Location: 115st & Jamaica Ave, Richmond Hill, NY *******

2) Cashier was very rude when asked about shopping carts that were not located in front store. Location: Uniondale, Long Island
Store was untidy with products on floor! Need better manage

I inquired about a product (Cocoa Butter petroleum jelly) to a Sales Associate. She responded in a cold way said 'Whatever is the in the Beauty section is what's there.' She didn't even go out of here way to try to find the product. I'm now going to shop in Family Dollar Tree.

DOLLAR TREE ON S. GLENSTONE, SPRINGFIELD MO. I used to be a frequent customer for this store for their closeness to my favorite walmart neighborhood until Michelle came as manager. She's a terrible one. She doesn't train her personnel at all. Most of them have been kind, though. But the racist ones were never corrected under her supervision even when I complained about one previously. I was done with the second one. A disrespectful slouchy looking boy. He was greeting everyone except people of color. I let Michele know about this issue and he was still even more disgusting while we were checking out. So I said to myself, what an idiot, and the big boy decided not to serve me. Michele came to his rescue and preferred to lose a loyal customer than doing her job right. Dollar tree change manager here because SPRINGFIELD is becoming more diverse and if you don't train your people, you're going to keep losing business.

WATCH your receipt at Dollar Tree and the items scanned. Even though Dollar Tree increased its prices to $1.25 I was willing to continue being a patron. However, the last visit at dollar tree was finalized when I was charged $2.14 for an item I did not purchase. I called the store to speak with the manager on staff. This rude man hung up on me before I finished a full statement. All I was able to get out was "My receipt shows an over" then click, he hung up. I called back thinking it was an error and was hung up on again. I called the corporate office and left several messages, but no response. I was in the area on the date of purchase, but I live 15 miles away. This business employs some of the rudest people to manage their stores. I was a regular customer, but not anymore, besides, Dollar General still has $1.00 items I normally purchase.

I'm going through it with these guys n it's ridiculous! I ordered 3x from here n twice my order was missing the 6 rolls of deco mesh. I contacted dollar tree n was told that the item was out of stock n was canceled but my money was never refunded! They want me to contact UPS n file a claim in order to even get a refund but UPS has nothing to do with this! A Dollar Tree representative told me themselves the item was out of stock n the order was canceled, sooo why must I contact UPS in order to be refunded!? This is ridiculous! Just refund my money or send me what I ordered!

It is now cheaper or the same price to go to Walmart. Dollar Tree, is misleading and now a scam. Everything is $1,25. Well back to Walmart!

Watch out quite a bit of stuff is no longer $1. How can they call it Dollar Tree if stuff is now over $1

With Dollar Tree increasing their prices by a flat 25 percent I will no longer shop there. Many of their products already have greatly reduced quantities for the same price of one dollar. What's wrong with a 5 or 10 percent increase not jump to. 25 percent. We all would like a 25 percent increase in our income, which is unrealistic, except for them. If you do the math you can buy smarter at Aldi's, Walmart and other discount stores. Do not support this greedy corporation!

$1.25 is a bad move and dollar tree will fall. Greed makes people lose at the end... I used to shop loyalty at dollar tree not anymore! Now it's $1.25 online through their website a 36 case of the moisture eliminators is now $45.00 make it make sense I can see 45 case for $45.00 that's reaching so I'm no longer buying in bulks anymore. This ridiculous I don't care how you look at it. Bad enough most of these stores are falling apart, dirty and nasty... and most products don't cater much to pocs. I'd rather spend money elsewhere instead at dollar tree.
