Hey there. I don’t know why there’s even negative comments on Discountmugs. I’ve been ordering from them for a bout a year already and very happy with the service. Replies are fast and ordering from them is easy. I buy a lot of prom favors but I don’t use them for prom but mostly as door gifts for my clients who walk into my shop and purchase a little something. I wanted some personalized pens and was quite happy about the selection and the price. I was very happy with the product! More communication would have given them a 4 star though. I like to know when to expect the items! I had to hound them about the order. I placed the order on the 3rd of the month and had to email them to ask where's my order on the 22nd! They had shipped already and sent me a tracking code at that time. It was to arrive on the 25th. It did arrive by then. I liked them... their selection, price and website... but communication is so important. I hate wondering! And it took a little long to receive the items. Ordered on the 3rd, received on the 25th? I should rate them 2.5 stars for that!
