I have worked with Washington M since the beginning and he is wonderful! He has always found a solution to my last minute orders and has never missed a deadline. I will keep this simple. Customer service is bad, but maybe because the CEO's and executives are worse! Training in customer service is needed, along with t-shirt printing quality. We sent back t-shirt 3 times (after drawing and writing what was wrong). They appear to outsource to a nearby Caribbean country for printing, and get it WRONG! I was duped by this site thinking they were a 4.5 rating. I should have checked the BBB; and another complaint site before I purchased. These 4-5 ratings are either from the 1% or employees of this company. Bel, Inc is the corporate name. Sued and complained against more than 10 times! Google COMPLAINTS AGAINST DISCOUNT MUGS. That's a ZERO for me, but there are NO ZERO stars.

I placed an order with this site and there art department is non-exisitant! They sub all of their work overseas. Now, as a business people, if thats cheaper than doing it in house. I'm all for it, however the "artists" they have working just simply don't follow directions. I'm not waiting on my 4th proof and the clock is ticking.

You will get a good price from these guys but get ready for the painstaking task of the proofing process.

The website was OK. Didn't have the product number readily available on the website when I clicked on the product I wanted. I had to look at a prior invoice to retrieve the product number. Three stars for the website.

The salesperson, Samantha, was truly great! She worked with me to meet my deadline for receipt of the product and promptly returned my phone calls regarding my order. Five stars for the salesperson.

However, the "live chat" was totally useless and the Customer Service department the "live chat" person told me to contact wasn't open during the normal business hours when I called. One star for "live chat" and Customer Service.

Overall rating: three stars. The salesperson is the main reason I would return to using this vendor.

Be advised that the products you order are not always in stock, must be ordered from overseas, and therefore may adversely impact your timely receipt. So order well in advance of when you need the product.

I run a marketing business, which means tight deadlines and strict branding parameters. After ordering an item from discountmugs.com, I received an email saying they were out of stock of the product. I was disappointed and somewhat frustrated at this news because I needed the products in just a few days. Luckily, when I called I spoke with Samantha who was extremely helpful in assisting me with a resolution to the issue. Because of her service, I will receive a similar product in the timeframe I needed it and it will match the company's branding specifications.
This was my first time ordering from discountmugs.com and I will most definitely use them again because of Samantha's excellent customer service.
