HORRIBLE PRINTING!

This company is just terrible! I ordered canvas bags for a business event, it was a very simple order. Just print our business logo on small white canvas bags. Sound easy enough, right.?!?! It took SEVERAL days to get anyone to respond about whether they could use the exact PMS colors that I had for our logo's colors. After I spoke with a representative that promised he would make sure that those PMS colors could be used. Of course after I gave my CC info and paid. That representative was NO WHERE to be found and would not answer his emails. I should have known then, that I shouldn't have ordered. But I continued. After I finally received an answer about the bags, I got them ordered the proof looked great. I thought oh whew this is done! I received the bags the exact day they said I would. I opened box 1 of 3 and the very first bag I pulled out. Was just horrified. The logo was printed very crooked and not even centered in the middle of the bag. I started to look through about the next 5 and it just got worse and worse. It was so obvious the logo was not centered and so beyond crooked. I have been dealing with their "customer service" department for DAYS! Not only did I have to keep sending them picture after picture of the damaged ones, they said I had to go through each and every single bag (I ordered 300 bags!) and pull out all the ones that weren't damaged so I could give them a count of how many that were. I have a business to run, so apparently I should have time to do their job as well. I still haven't heard back from them. All I want is to send back the damaged bags. I am desperate and need to keep the "good" ones for our event. And just want my money back for their mistake. It is baffling that they cannot just own up to their very obvious mistake. Please do not make the same mistake I did and do any business with this company. They cannot handle large orders with SIMPLE requests.

VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordered embroidered hats for a 100th reunion. Artwork proof approved on 8/3/16 for a delivery date of 8/10/16 which was one day before our event. When order did not arrive on 8/10/16 I called and was told that they hats had not been produced yet and that the earliest we could expect them was 8/15/16,4 days after the event. I cancelled the order and am awaiting our refund. So sad as everyone was expecting a hat and it would have really added to the festivities. Very very very poor service. I will not use this company again.

I am sharing my recent experience with a Florida company operating on the Internet. This transaction was processed through PayPal beware of their illusion of consumer protection.

This entity is highly questionable in its business practices and the BBB and on-site reviews should be viewed through a broader screen that will identify many injured consumers documented through various Internet sites. I used the web site to order imprinted T-shirts and the requested payment was made via PayPal. This was followed-up later by the Art department email stating that I would be paying $$$ more because the art work required multiple color, etc. I continued to question this because the art work was a B&W photo. I advised them to cancel the order and refund the monies all documented via email. The company confirmed acknowledgement of the cancellation and request for refund. But no refund I followed-up numerous times with the unseen and unidentified customer service but despite repeated promises, no refund.
They have also been unresponsive to the PayPal inquiry. My money is being enjoyed by the company and PayPal has received their cut for the transaction. Since many of the claims against Discount Mugs is couple hundred or less they know the filing fees and process for the Florida Small Claims Court process will negate any consumer action.

Poor quality printing

Ordered 244 coffee cups imprinted with our company name & logo. The printing comes off with the slightest bump or scratch & will come off after about 2 trips thru the dishwasher. Don't waste your money!

I ordered a large amount of custom beer mugs for my wedding from this site. I reviewed the product in the allotted amount of time, and the product was not delivered. It cost $227 to ship this order, and it was written that it would be sent via FedEx. I received a tracking number that did not work with FedEx. It turns out the order was not shipped with FedEx, but with a company I've never heard of, that promised to deliver the product by 1/15/16. Unfortunately, it was never delivered, and no one at either discount mugs nor the random delivery company are answering their phones. The event is coming up and I'm nervous that I got screwed out of my $600+ because it either will be delivered after the wedding or not at all.

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have with this company. Out of the 4 orders I made. Two were late, one had such terrible quality we couldn't use them, and I still haven't received the fourth after over two months! Every time an employee doesn't want to deal with you they send you to another who dodges your emails and calls. They are impossible to reach and extremely rude. I received a confirmation for my order and later found out the color was out of stock. Fine. So I order in another color. Turns out that is out of stock. Try again and it's damaged. When I called to ask if they had more in stock they lied and said no when their website said otherwise.

Honestly please save yourself the frustration and choose any company other than Branders.

I've ordered from them twice now and the customer service has been excellent. My order was exactly right and looks terrific and came more quickly than anticipated. This is a company that overdelivers! I've dealt with a lot of online and mailorder in the past few months and this company rates at the top of the bunch.

Pretty decent

I have ordered stuff for work and personal items from this site. Prices are comparable to other places. Live chat is a nice feature. I do wish there was better product description. I ordered custom stress balls with our company logo & they looked as expected but the balls were very hard. It was stressful trying to squeeze them. Shipping took slightly longer than expected but not terribly bad. We received them in time. I would probably order again, but you have to work a little harder to get exactly what you want. Ask a lot of questions in the live chat.

I used branders.com to order some promotional materials for a trade show my company was participating in. Initially my experience was positive. Then the order was not received by the promised date and I was told I would not even receive it in time for the event. I was only offered a 25% refund which due to poor communication led to my order being entirely cancelled. The result of this was me receiving no promotional items and still paying for more than 75% of the order cost. We also had to rush order new promotional materials from a local company in order to have any branding items at the trade show. The only resolution I was offered was a partial discount if I would place another order. Needless to say I refused as I never received the first order I paid for, I will look elsewhere for my future branding needs.

What a wonderful company. My experience with Discount Mugs has been great. They are fast, efficient, and their prices are super competitive. I have been working will my sales rep Maria G. For about 2 years now, who is excellent. I can count on her to take care of my orders and she is the main reason why I use Discount Mugs for graphics marketing needs.

Avoid this online company. The wasted an entire day for me trying to buy tee-shirts. Priced a tee shirt with a design at about $8.50 at a different site. I asked this company to attempt to bring it down to $4-5, and they took the entire day, needed to see all artwork, repeating over and over questions, telling me they couldn't open an attachment. All I wanted was to put a simple photograph on a tee-shirt and they came back with $19.17 a shirt. Don't waste your time, if they sense you are in "need," they act accordingly and try to take advantage of you.

Many better companies than this. I'll follow-up on this trail and give the recommendation of who I ended up using so you can avoid these group and go to someone better.
