IT'S NOT A SCAM!...Honest

It works my phone unlocked in less than a day those who have complained are wrong honest. I'm from Jamaica and it worked for me, those who did not get the result they wanted probably did not TRACK their purchase to see if there were any errors. The tracking option appears on the last page, and yes you can get a refund. Read the sight properly and stop making rash decisions.

They take your money and run, DONT USE PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! They take 28$ to check your imei number and then they say you're eligible but you have to pay 45 dollars, wait a few days to tell you that it didn't work and that you have to pay 225 more dollars. Please don't fall for it. They THEN say that you chose the cheaper option to save money when the premium option wasn't available to select. I should have listened to the other reviews, they don't refund you, they give you a 75 dollar credit to unlock a different phone LOL. Please don't use. They just want to steal from you.

The check out process was fine, and the product worked perfectly. The only thing I had trouble with was knowing how the product would be delivered. I may have missed it on the site, but I did not see that the codes would be sent in an email.

Very easy to navigate and most affordable. The process was fast and free of any snags.

They do nothing, just collect your money and ask for more money when they can't deliver what they said they will do. They are hackers, try to hacked into my phone and steal my information, and probably domestics terrorists stealing people identities. Stay away.

Expensive extra fees. Hidden fees.make the hidden fees more apparent. But I guess you keep it hidden to trick people like me so u can make more money.because if I saw the extra fees right away I would have thought twice... evil money maker

They lie about what they can promise and charge you for prices that are not disclosed in the beginning. They wait til after they collect money from you first.

Was a very painless easy experience. Everything went better than expected first code unlocked the phone, and phone is working even better than expected.

Direct unlocks made it simple and easy to unlock my phone from the carrier.

This is a scam site, you pay for the unlock code and then they keep asking for more money to release it. No response to my emails for my refund and no code. Disputing the payment

This company scams you for your money. I originally paid for my unlock on June 7,2022. First payment was of 19.99 GBP and second payment of 30.00 GBP. I reached out to them several times in July 2022, August 2022, September 2022, and November 2022 with no luck. They didn't respond until I wrote a review for them yesterday. I just want my money refunded. They came back at me saying I need a premium unlock. My concern is why did it take over a year and me to complain for them to finally realize it's not working?

I don't need a credit note as I don't want to use their nonexistent service.

Please save yourself the hassle and don't get an unlock with them. Use cellunlocker. They will 100% refund your money if they can't unlock your phone. I have used them several times in the past.

Please give my money back.

Be aware...Scam artists, first I paid $28 then they said in order to unlock your phone you need $45 extra to get the code fome previous company Guess what? I paid it then they said oh we can't unlock your phone but we have to do it remotely and that will cost $178 but you will get $45 credit.
STAY AWY PEOPLE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Do NOT use directunlocks.com they are a scam. directunlocks.com charged me $28.99 first to unlock the phone then they claim this was an eligibility service. This was never stated upfront. This scamming website wants to charge me more money ( $45 USD) to unlock your phone. STAY Far Far Away!
