After I paid them $28.99 they wanted $40 more for the code. They would not refund. I disputed the $28.99 with my CC company and they removed the charge. I found another site that unlocked for $16.95 with no BS.

Like many others I was surprised that the first £24 payment was just an "elibility check". But having paid that it then felt like money down the drain not to pay the additional £33 (ouch!) for the actual unlock code. It took 6 days for the code to arrive, which didn't work. I sent a video to the company as requested in such instances, but have heard nothing back after 2 weeks despite 3 follow-up emails. I have now referred the matter to my credit card provider. If the reviews are to be believed, then there are many happy customers out there with unlocked phones, but there are also many others like me who have paid out over the odds and got nothing in return.

I might be the only person duped by the $28.99 when the company wanted another $45.00 to complete the process for an iphone 7. I've reached out to my bank to stop the payment as a bait and switch tactic is going on. How can these folks get a 4.5 star review.

These guys are cheats. They are devious and will not refund you. These cheats will charge you money for unlock and will keep ask for more money.

I responded to attractive offer suggesting I could get a quick unlock for £14.95. I started the process and the price increase to £23.95. Reluctantly I continued only to asked for a further £30 part way through the check process. I immediately stopped as where does this slow extortion end? I have also stopped my credit card as DU have too many personal details and I don't trust them. It's not the right way to do business..

It's not okay when they charge you 28 and then 45 and now they want to charge me 280 dollars

The end results is great, but you need to put the things clear, I do not likes tricks and looks a lot like a trick when you have to make an small payment, them an other payment for 5 times the first payment, them an other payment for twice the second payment and them an other payment for 4 times the third payment, most people won't fall for that.

There needs to be a one time flat fee or an analysis fee and them once you have the results an other fee to complete the process.

But I do not like tricks and I think most people either.

This is the second ond time using this site to unlock phones it's is simple and fast, both times I was quoted up to 3 days for the phones to be unlocked, both were completed within 24 hours.
