I felt as though it was a BAIT & SWITCH scheme. Here is my reasoning: 1st you are charged a $25 fee to check your device to see if it was reported stolen, lost or BLOCK LISTED. Once the results are out you are aske to pay another $64 to get the release codes. No where on their site does it mention these actions taken by Direct Unlocks. As I was already in for the $25...I opted to spend the $64 for the release codes. It took them aprox. 12-hours to email me the codes, as opposed to their advertised statement of 6-hours. Now here's the best part! Their standard unlock instructions were fine for I'm sure most of the brands, however for this Sam Sung A03s it did not apply. I contacted via e-mail & was told that on their site it said that the prompting is necessary before placing the order for the codes. Agian there is no verbage on the site stating this. UNLOCK has very poor customer service in this area. I understand that the service is to only provide the unlock codes, & not trouble-shoot device problems. Luckily I was able to find the unlock code to open the unlock window for the device. I then entered the codes provided by UNLOCK & my device then became unlocked.

I tried two different sim cards and neither worked...says the unlock was successful however now it says that the IMEI number is invalid... I'm at a loss... of close to $100 and I'm disabled on a fixed income...

Works, but better to be upfront with pricing from the start.

This is a scam to steal your money. Don not use I would not give them a rating but you have to put one

They charged me two time without doing any work on my phone and then why do I get a charge without unlocking my phone I need my money back

The initial ad said £23.99 to unlock phone, so I paid that and after sound a few checks the program asks for a final payment of £25.99 to actually unlock the phone.
Felt a bit like a scam at the time. Ad should just say £50 to unlock phone. Much clearer and wouldn't feel as though your being scammed.

Until now the unblock been working, thanks. Still working, but you need to put the complete price of the unlocks devices, it's a little expensive but it works. The publicity on internet works very good.

I paid over $100cad to have my phone unlocked only to get a message that unlock was rejected and I needed to pay another $100 to get more help. I have contacted the company several times and never received a response. Will be filing these as fraud charges for services not rendered with my credit card company.

I paid for my phone to be unblocked, with an initial small amount. After the first payment ($28.99) the company sent me to a page that said "My process was ongoing, and but they would require more money". So far without provided the promised service of unlocking, at this point, they promised to unlock with a further "$45". I paid the extra $45 they asked for, considering at this point that $73.99 would be worth the hassle. After both payments total I have been waiting for phone to be unlocked and no news... for 3 days.

*****Update! --Total Scam.
I waited 3 days for my phone to be unlocked, and as my bank payment cleared, they reached out with a "your phone is not possible to unlock this device with a remote unlock code via IMEI." This is sent to me AFTER their website clearly and unambiguously labeled my phone as model and company in their website, and they promised to unlock immediately after each payment. After Payments were made, they asked for 2-3 days... and after, they said I need a remote technician (see automated reply below from their company fyi).

Now, they "acredited" me $45 USD, and they are charging me $220 USD (minus $45, so $175 USD) to have a live technician unlock my phone. This would mean, they want a total of $203.99 for the service.
I can easily go to sites that will get me this done for $160 USD with no bull, and no wait. However, this company has failed to keep their promise, and has taken 3 day of my overseas vacation, where I am unable to communicate because of the current wait.

I consider my money lost.

I was satisfied with your company. After day and half my old IPhone was ready for any telephone carrier.

It was very simple and straightforward, and took much less time that I was told initially

Who really has time to read the Terms and conditions when you feel all companies should be running a legitimate business and customers are top Priority, After a primary check of my IMEI, the report states ALL is well to move forward to UNLOCK. After paying $29 it started the process, then asks for another $64 to complete the unlock, BULLCRAP. Eventually who knows if they will ask for any other fee! SCAMMERS!

Very happy with the service. In one moment I doubt the reliability when they request the second payment, but everything right with the unlocked.
