Please don't fall for the false promises and trap. They specified $28.99 on the page and after that they asked for more money and couldn't unlock the phone. They are now asking for more money with which I can trade-in the phone and get a new phone.

It was quick and easy but not a walk in the park for someone who doesn't read the whole statement it was a gamble and I was desperate. Glad they do great work unlocked in minutes thanks so much

Too expensive and slow service. Not worth the money or time wasted on it.

A big scam they have taken almost 80 $ and they didn't unlock my iPhone as they promised they said it was registered lost or stolen and it's not I'm sure it's not registered that way they asked at first for 28.99$ then they said that my iPhone should be auto unlock which cost 50 $ more and after I maid the second payment they said it will take seven days to unlock my iPhone then after three days they contacted me and said they can't unlock my iPhone and they will refund my money as a credit note to spend on their website as I would want to spend more money on thier website which has no other services than unlock your phone
Another note they reply to every one with the same stupid message...I want my money back the same way a gave to that's what a refund means instead you gave me a credit note which can't do anything with but to spend it on your website

I would like everyone to know about directunlocks because it had such good reviews I tried it.The first thing they do is lie they tell you it's only going to take 28$ to unlock your phone but really they are supposedly checking your Imei to make sure it's not stolen then they tell you if you don't continue you will be out that 28 so you have to pay and additional$50 so they can unlock you do all that you wait it keeps counting down mine kept saying 2 days left never updated and after that 2 weeks I contacted them they said they were still working on it but I was a priority then another week later I said I read the refund policy and if they couldn't do it they said after you paid all of that they would they said another couple days later it required a cable unlock something they couldn't do but I wasnt refunded instead they are giving me credit to unlock another phone if and when I ever get one that they can actually do that is crazy what am I going to go out and buy another phone just so they try to unlock it. What a scam you need to readjust that number on your site it doesn't need to be higher than a 2 maybe some people get legit services but I didn't and honestly this service cost as much as my phone did and really didn't have the money to spare.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER UNLOCK MY CELL PHONE PURE SCAM. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SCAM SERVICE BE CAREFULL. AT LEAST IF THEY STEAL MY MONEY THEY SHOULD UNLOCK THE PHONE BUT I THINK THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

After trying multiple sites this one worked. Needed to wait a few days, jump through some minor hoops (including pay them more $$$) they did send me a functional unlock code.

In their first payment, they do nothing except give you a yes that they can do it. But even with the 2nd payment they may say no & ask you to make a 3rd premium support payment. I think these guys are just scam artists operating ftom outside the US. They do have this scam running from multiple similar looking sites with different names

This unlocking service was very easy to use, and they quoted 36 hours to unlock and it was done in half the time! They also gave plenty of directions on how to use the carrier unlock code in case it didn't work the standard way! I highly recommend them and would use again!

Review r fake, don't waist u money, firsts is $30 then $50 and then $265.!lol...

So decided to switch phone company EE to Vodafone, gets it all sorted, boom the phone is locked, across to EE as I assumed the law had changed, oh yes go to this website to unlock phone, pay 26 pounds whish was the first surprise, half way thru oh another 23.99 to pay, absolute con, go to a hight street shop, don't get ripped off by these charlatans

Hello All, I would suggest to work with your carrier provider to unlock the phone. I tried mine and find they are asking more price.

Very quick and easy to follow instructions. The process took 30 minutes to unlock my phone. Would definitley recommend.

You are nothing but a total ripoff. You did nothing but take my money. I will be filing with my cc company fraud charges. You took 3 days to supposedly unlock my phone and nothing worked. You are thieves.
