They scammed me of $126 They will scam you too. They will not respond to your emails after scamming you. Please stay away from them.

Took 5 days to unlock. Too long. Cost too much. Was not told ahead of time of all the costs.

The 3 photos below tell the story. After pay the first fee, where most reasonable people believe thay are paying to get theri phone unlocked. I received and email telling me my codes are ready. When I follow the link to retrieve it. I was charged another $91. After paying this things get ugly. Your expected wait time for your code goes from 15min.~12hours to 3 days. Then eventually you receive a 3rd email advising your ATT phone is hardlocked and the want a total of 250$. Other than this outrages charge/practice, they could just as easily advise you upfront on their web page that att flagship phones are all hardlocked and what the outcome willbe.

Very quick and trustworthy company. I had doubts about doing it, but they proved otherwise. A quick return of unlock code with easy-to-follow instructions. Received code in less than 24hrs.

I am very pleased with my experience with Direct Unlocks. The process was straightforward and relatively inexpensive. The whole process took just under 4 days but didn't require much on my part aside from the initiation steps. My phone works great. Highly recommend!

Many times we go on the internet and we find a "to-good-to-be-true" experience. This was one of them. I did NOT think I was going to receive expedited, top-class service. You WILL grt your phone unlocked within 96 hours. My phone was AT&T associated so you understand what I mean by speedy unlocking.

At first I did not think they were legit, and I even sent some erroneous accusatory emails, but they legit delivered their intended service without delay.

If you want your phone to be unlocked overseas, without any external support, DIRECT UNLOCKS will execute your intent without fail.

This place is a joke they tell you your phone can be unlocked to get you to pay the first fee...then they say oh there's another fee to release the codes...paid that...then they say oh codes don't work pay $270 more to get a technician...DO NOT USE!...they won't give a refund either check the real Bbb score and see for yourself

Easy to follow instructions. The only disappointment I had was the misleading information on the prices and process. Otherwise it works and they give you a follow up email (which is good CS)!

They took my mone and said they could unlocked my phone then try to give me a credit with my money to use it again who would use something that don't work want my money back

I paid $25 and then they said it was only an eligibility check and asked for another $45 and never unlocked it

When you pay for the unlocking, they will send you an email stating they checked your fone and demand another payment again after that. Meanwhile u paid for the unlocking but they will claim they run a check on your fone only to see if it was blacklisted for that ridiculous amount. Please stay away from them. They are scam and not legit.

Boost kept telling me that my network was unlocked but it wasn't. I was switching to Verizon. No one could help me. But, Unlock Direct did. Very satisfied.
