Please avoid this company, they are scamers, they will give a price to unlock your phone after paying they will demand 3 times more to unlock it, god knows if after making a 2 second payment they will ask for a 3rd. Avoid it is a scam. Reporting

You think it costs £11.99 to unlock phone then 15 minutes later you get email saying you've completed the initial stage then it's £26 to finish the process! Then to get good trustpilot ratings the offer you £10 refund for a good rating!

To many steps to go through and then it did not work and i had to pay again which did not do!

After paying the unlock fee, telling my bank they were not fraud, they did not provide the service. This is a fraudulent company and I will be requesting a charge back through my credit card company as they did not perform a service and charged for that service anyway and then requested an additional payment to complete the service I initially paid for. Do not engage with this company and if you have I strongly encourage you to request a charge back through your bank and prevent them from making further fraudulent charges.

It is SCAM be aware of this, first at all they make an offer of USD $28 within a minute they inform you need to pay USD $50 than apparently you should read while paying the first fee, then waiting mor than 48 HRS to finally telling you need to pay an extra remote technician about USD$187. Their answer is that I can use that useless credit note to pay it...total investment usd $266 really? Also they don't allow me to answer they back

It was ok I waited a couple days but my phone unlocked

I am a 76 year old pensioner, living alone with limited mobility and other serious Health Conditions including a recent Cancer Diagnosis and my Daughter had gifted me a phone which was locked to EE.
I proceeded to pick a phone unlocking service from the Internet and chose Direct Unlocks although their price (£11.99) was somewhat dearer than others but I felt safe using them and proceeded to pay them for the service to unlock my phone as I had already provided the IMEI Number, but to my Horror Direct Unlock informed me that this payment was for an "Eligibility Check" only and that I would have to pay a further amount of £26 to have the Network Unlocking Codes Released. In total I had to pay £37.99 ( After paying the £11.99 I was Locked in as this was not refundable, so I had to proceed ( None of these details were stated in their Google Advert! - I am trying to contact Trading Authorities and Google to remove these Con Artists/Scammers and to Stop them Trading, as No Western Country would allow this practise which Robbed me an old age pensioner in poor health of at least £26 TO ALL READERS VIEWERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY FMG - Northern Ireland - Finally I would ask Sitejabber please help if you can and I am putting this up on Trustworthy as well - This company must be shamed into paying back the £26!

I paid the initial $28-$30 for company to establish my phone could be unlocked.

Then I paid the $91 to unlock the phone.

Then I get notice that company actually cannot do what it says it can do and you require $265 to "engage" a Samsung technician.

I'm asked them to refund my card for which they refused. If I knew there was even a remote possibility it would cost $265 to unlock, I never would of engaged this service. That's just the beginning of the shaddyness. Nothing they advertise is true in my case.

It's a classic bait and switch.

Anyone considering using this company, DO NOT DO IT! You will end up feeling manipulated, foolish, embarrassed, and angry...and out $130.

It's a scam company run by people with no conscience.

They charge you 35 dollars to check the eligibility and then ask for more money. They dont refund for service checks.

Took a few days to get done, but works 100 percent!

Yes it unlocked my phone to all carriers but they don't tell you it's $29.99 then an additional $50. They tell you in the beginning it's insurer, yes they instant tell you if it will work but then they say charge the additional $50 and then tell you it could be 3 days. Granted it only took a day and a half but it was deceiving. Then they say once you leave your review you will get $10 back and you really don't. They should just be upfront. I would have still paid it but don't deceive your customers the process.

I needed to unlock my phone within a short time period, it would have taken up to 10 days to do for free with Vodafone so this was ideal as I received my unlock code within a couple of hours. The only thing is I didn't read it correctly and did not realise that you had to first pay to check if your phone could be unlocked, and then pay again to actually unlock. Meaning it cost £50 instead of the £23 I was expecting. So I would advice to make sure to read the terms thoroughly as I was reading it all in a hurry!

You will pay a lot of money for your phone to be unlocked and eventually they won't able to unlock it and steal your money!be careful

Thanks for great service delivered as promised, was a bit long waiting time but in the end the phone was unlocked

Paid £26 for nothing was unable to open phone needed to open phone and was advised by ee to use web page and direct unlock
