Paid almost 93 dollars to use lock my phone to AT&T.After 4 days they give me a MCK code and did not work followed also all the trouble shooting but did not work.Then after 4 days they still investigating 1 remote technician contact me and ask for my whattsapp.After I follow al the instruction that he gave even rebooting my phone connected to laptop MCK code still not working.I ask for refund and he told he request to direct unlock to refund me my money and he accept that MCK code did not work.Now I send emails to direct unlocks but no response.Dont get be fooled of this website they will not refund your money if there code is not working.Your remote technician cannot solve the problem just refund me my money scammers

IPhone 14 Pro **************) was paid and guaranteed to be unlocked. After 10 days, I got an email stating that I had to pay for "premium service" to unlock, after I have already been charged $40 MORE than their original quoted price. Seeing more and more reviews for this being a SCAM operation, I am now believing it. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A SCAM

Did not like how i was lurred in with 27$ and then asked 63$. 2 step process was unclear.

It took about 5 days to unlock my phone. Wish it was a little faster for the price. Got my confirmation email saying my phone was unlocked. It wasn't so i had to follow up with support. It worked though. Just wish it was a little quicker.

Put out all that money for absolutely nothing! My phone is still locked.

My first attempt, I paid $78 to unlock my phone but they were unable to for technical reasons and offered me a credit. I am traveling internationally and need to use phone so decided to apply the credit to my 12 year old EE Alcatel Phone thinking I could get a local sim card and be able to make calls. I did receive a code from Direct Unlocks, but when I tried to use it didn't work. I was advised to send a video of my steps so the team could assist, but I emailed back saying i had no way of taking a video. I travel light and didn't have what i needed. Long story short, $78 later, no service, no use, feel like I paid for a service that I couldn't use.

No temporary card supported from Revolut, I used a standard card. The order process is a little misleading with a pre-check IMEI payment and another unlock code payment. The delivered codes worked perfectly for unlocking a Vodafone Romania terminal.

I have unlocked 2 samsung mobiles, followed guidelines for the both but the second handset most often can't place a call as it will be ending it automatically and when called from others tells the number dialed does not exists.

I initially paid $35 and thought that was it. Then found out I had to pay another $91 for the unlock code. This technique is called bait and switch. That's $126 USD I had to pony up for my unlock code. I would NEVER have done this for myself. This was done to get a visiting priest to our church from another country usage on his current cell phone and not need to pay for an expensive new US phone. Bottom line is YES, the service worked, but I wish they would have been up front with the additional cost.
