THIS "COMPANY" IS A SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THEM NOW! I Initially paid $28 (of course they don't tell you how much it'll be until it's almost too late,) to find out if my phone was capable of being unlocked. $28 later, they said yes absolutely we can unlock it w/in 24 hours! Then they hit me with another charge of $50 to do it. I checked their refund policy which said if they were unable to unlock it, I would be refunded. I paid the $50 (I'm now all in at $78) the system immediately told me it would take 6 days and 21 hours to complete, but I could track my order. Yay! Six days & 21 hours later and they send me an email telling me that they cannot unlock it, but they have credited me $78 which I'm able to use on their site. However, they ONLY service they offer is to unlock phones. I only have one phone and they couldn't unlock it so I don't know how they think giving me a credit on their site will help me? Let's not kid ourselves...they don't care about me or you, this is a giant money grab scheme, I'd run far, far away from them now.

I arrived from United States to France because my daughter is starting college here and I wanted to unlock my Galaxy A14 from Tmobile to be able to communicate with her during my 30 days stay and be able to have internet as well as freedom with my phone.
I was very skeptical and didn't know if it was possible. I did my research and chose Direct unlocks. It was the smartest decision I could have made.
They communicated with me in a clear and honest way and guide me through all the steps.
My phone had to be unlocked by a remote Samsung technician and that's when I met wonderful technician, Mr. Gautam, he communicated with me through whatsapp. He was incredibly professional and patient with me as I'm not modern technology savvy and really fast he was able to unlock my phone. I put my new sim card on the phone and it works perfectly.
I have no words to express my gratitude for this company and specially for Mr. Gautam for changing for the better my experience here in France, allowing me to have the freedom I need it and being able to communicate freely with my daughter. I totally recommend this company as it is legit and helped me resolve my issue very fast and successfully. Thank you so much and wish you all the success you well deserve.

The instructions were easy to follow, the communication was good, saved me money by unlocking my phone so I could switch to new carrier.

I was never given the service I paid for! My device is still SIM-LOCKED and I'm still being given the same excuse. I want a refund but I'm being ignored! I really feel scammed and that's not right to take people money and not provide them a service!

The process was fast and easy. Worth the money. They are good at what they do.

I am happy that my phone is unlocked and I didn't mind paying about $28 but when the second window came on saying I have to pay another $50 I thought it was a scam but I paid it anyway in the hope that my phone would be unlocked. Then it said it would take 4 days but it actually was unlocked in 2 days.
A lot of tension not knowing if my phone would be unlocked or not

Used this service to unlock 2 phones both were unlocked within 48 hours. Will be using this service in the future.

Al principio pence que era un fraude pero esto es real si tardan unos días pero luego te mandan tu código de desbloqueo me siento muy contento por qué si fue real y no fraude

Send email that the step I recieve to unlock phone hisnt working and yet to receive another alternative

My sister had an old iPhone 7 from AT&T that she no longer used. When my son broke his phone, she gave it to him. However, when we inserted the sim, we were informed it was locked. I found this service and thought it might be a scam, but was willing to give it a try and I am so glad I did! It took about 4 days for the unlock to fully occur, but it worked completely and my son's phone is up and running on his network. Super easy to use and affordable! Definitely recommend.

I thought it would take less time, but they did have it finished in less than 24 hours even when the retailer kept giving me issues. I appreciate their existence. Thank you

I read it would be £26 to unlock, I paid the fee but there was also another £23.99 further into the transaction.

It unlocked my phone quickly and without any issues but the cost is misleading. So beware.
