They said $30, then after that wanted $50, a few days later they now want more AND to remote in. SCAM.

This company is an absolute 100% scam. They ask you for a payment to send you the unlock code and after paying the $28.99 instead they send you an email which had a link which takes you to another page asking for another $50 as "final payment" before you get your code. Maybe after you pay that there would be another screen asking for "final, final, payment" to get your code. They F*d me out of the $28.99 but they will never get another cent more from me. Consider yourself warned.

Al principio te piden un pagó para hacer el proceso, después de eso te solicitan otro. Realmente vale la pena ya que uno lo hace desde la comunidad de tu casa y solo te puede tomar unas horas.

Thought it was too good to be true, but they unlocked a phone I bought off line that the seller told me was not sim locked. They said it would take 7 days and they had it unlocked in 2 days. Now I'm switched over and rocking out. Thank direct unlocks.It was very simple process.

These guys are scammers they make you pay $28.99 then they take you to the link which demands another $50, for an out of contract, or unfinanced or a completed payment phone. Well you morons, if the phone was out of contract and did not have any payments then the carrier themselves would unlock it wouldn't they,you bloody scam artists,the other option was unlockable (see attached photos for the scam), contract carriers cannot be unlocked, this option is unavailable so they want to charge you $89 for not being able to unlock your phone, T-Mobile in this particular case

Fue un poco difícil el proceso ya que tuve que aser 3 pagos para que me lo desbloquearan de fábrica estuvo un poco caro la compra del último desbloqueado pero valió la pena mi teléfono se desbloqueó

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because it took a few days to get the code. Also, I had to make two separate payments but I guess that was my fault for not reading through. I was just so anxious to get my phone unlocked and clicked on the first thing I saw. However, after the second payment, I was given a tracking link to monitor the progress and when I finally got the link, it worked as soon as I entered it with no issues whatsoever. Everybody kept telling me it was scam and I would never get a code and if I did that it still would not work, but ohhhh boyyyyy were they wrong. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this service. Just be prepared for the wait.

This is one of those places who hide the actual cost. It's 100 dollars to unlock with them. All places are cheaper. Only horrible rip-offs do $#*! like that.

I was skeptical, but decided to gamble my money on it. At first I was charged for pre-validation ($29), then it said that my phone was unlockable and I was charged a second time ($91), then it said my phone was hard-locked by the carrier, so I was charged a third time ($197) for remote USB unlock by technician. This was way more expensive than I was prepared for, but the end result was my phone was unlocked by remote USB. The technician contacts you via WhatsApp. During the entire time I thought I was being scammed because of the multiple charges. But at least I got my hard-locked phone unlocked (which is still under contract and isn't fully paid off) and now I can use it with dual sim.

I ended up doing this myself after paying you 80 bucks. You had the audacity to take a week to say you did the job. You took the money and the credit and did nothing.

However, my experience proved otherwise. Not only did they fail to unlock my phone, but they also withheld my payment and provided no customer support when I reached out. The entire process was frustrating and an absolute waste of time and money. If you're considering using their services, I urge you to think twice. It's clear to me now that DIRECTUNLOCKS.COM is a scam. Protect your hard-earned money and avoid them at all costs. You will end up paying more than $100 for a link to your email, which will be used to ask you for more money."
