I was charged for service that you didn't complete. Paid for three only one was unlocked. The other two ATT unlocked. After waiting on hold for hours.
Be sure about the service that you pay for and READ THE SMALL WORDS, they are one of the companies that will not reimburse you your money if can't help you, do your best with my $79.00. SCAMMERS!

My son lost his phone & I had saved an older phone that was locked to a different cell provider. Direct Unlocks was able to easily unlock the old phone and I was able to get my son a phone to use without buying a new expensive phone. Thank you!

I needed my ICloud unlocked from a motherboard I bought online. Apparently it was reported as lost. This company first charges you $50 to just do a "check"…be sure to read the fine print! After this "check" you are prompted to pay another $50 for the iCloud bypass. After paying $100 I was told my iCloud could not be bypassed. They issued me a $100 credit, which I will never use. Don't waste your money.
Bunch of liars! First they charged me $28 to unlock then while computer generated system that shows you that work is in progress they ask for another $50 that i paid. Then 2 days later while comouter generated clock they use they ask for $200. Phone is not worth that! They are liars! I tried to contact them they refused to do anything but sent some of their policy on no refunds. No work was done at all phone is still sim locked. So far out of $79 and nothing. I contacted my credit card fraud department and explained that they will not refund and did not do any work. I filed chargeback with my bank! RIP OFF COMPANY STAY AWAY!

As the rest of us I was charged the fee of 28$ which was claimed to be for test to see if my device can be unlocked after that they claimed I can and need to pay 50$ more for the standard unlock.
After 3 to 4 days the claimed that the standard isn't enough and that I need the premium and pay 242$ more!
While they claimed that it's 100% procedure and in case it will fail I'll be getting refund to my card that issued the payment.
After paying it took them another 5 days which resulted in sorry but we are unable to unlock email from them.
And they didn't refund me to my card!
Only gave me an option to use those 320$ on there site which is useless.
All this while they are not replying to a single email for almost 2 weeks now and still counting.
So disappointing scamming people don't trust them.

Paid a fee to unlock a router then they requested a further fee to release the unlock code which was paid. The code did nothing, I contacted Direct Locks via email twice and no reply. I therefore conclude that this is a scam site taking money under false pretences.
They subsequently emailed me to put a review on Trust pilot, which I did and it was critical. I was emailed and offered my money back only if I removed the critical review I did not remove it as I should not need to be forced to do this and also I hope it would save others from falling into this trap.

Phone wouldn't unlock and they wouldn't refund me at all like I never got prompted to put the codes in at all
