They charge me $99.00 and it is been more than a week and still not been unlocked. No emails no nothing, I think I was a fraud victim.

Everything that was promised was delivered although it is a bit pricy for the unlock that was performed on my I phone 12 pro Max but totally satisfied all around.

I was skeptical yet I tried my luck and what do you know it was legit! They gave me up to seven days but got it done within two! This business is very efficient and really helps you out if you are trying to sell your device or even just switching to another phone company.

Purchased a phone off FB market place, once I received it I found it to be locked. Couldn't use it on any carrier and the carrier it was locked to wanted a lot of money to unlock it. You guys did the unlock quick and for a tenth of the cost.

I requested my 2 year cell old be unlocked for my daughter. I've been with the cell carrier for 3 years. I also bought the cell from the same carrier.
DirectUnlocks cost me money, but they unlocked my phone in 38 hours.
I just got the following answer from my carrier:
When you have paid for your device and when the service on your mobile number has been active more than 60 days.
It took my carrier 7 days for that wrong answer.

I read the instructions and was led to believe that if I paid the 28.00 I would be getting my phone unlocked. Boy was that not the case. The 28.00 is just to verify that the phone is eligible to be unlocked. After the phone was verified I was asked to pay another 69.00 to get the codes. It was easy to use the site, they just really need to be up front about the total cost and not smack the customer with a " not spoken of " necessary fee. Borderline con man stuff. I called my former service provider and got the codes for free.

Whilst the overall result was to achieve the unlocking of the phone, being 'duped' into making a second payment to compete the process was unexpected and in my opinion somewhat underhand. Citing terms and conditions as the reasoning is a poor excuse. Be upfront. The cost rose from £12 to £38.

I sent an email regarding my order and did not get a response, unprofessional. Hidden fees after paying the first payment

Their initial checks did not reveal to them that the phone was locked, so they charged the final fee and as a result the phone could not be unlocked. I then was informed that at the begging of the process I was made aware that the phone must ask for an unlock code, I was then offered another service for a fee to try and solve that issue, and I was told that they could not refund for that reason. At the very start they should clearly disclose all fees and instructions so this type of situation would not occur. I told them I understand the facts, but my review would not be favorable, even with that they still tried to sell me an additional fee.

Somewhat simple, would like to how how it all works as I'm waiting for some sort of confirmation email or Text message

I had doubts my iPhone would be unlocked,yes,it took some days but at the end the results speak for themselves.

Successfully unlocked my ATT locked Samsung Galaxy S22.Was a little skeptical but it turned out just fine. I was unable to unlock by using the very first step of the detailed ways to unlock my phone. I simply had to insert a 6-8 digit code when the phone prompted me to once I inserted a competitive company's SIM. Phone asked to to reboot, I did, and phone is unlocked.

First they said pay 30$ and your phone will be unlocked then they said pay $50 more and it will be unlocked within 48 hours ans it took a week before they said it can not be unlocked and instead of giving me my $50 back or the 30 they said that I got a $50 credit but I needed to pay another $135 minus the $50 credit to get it unlocked which of course I'm not going to do and they refuse to refund my $50
