This is 100% bait and switch scam of about approximately $30. They charge you to tell you what your carrier already tells you for free and then refuses to refund your money! Totally scammers at this website do not use them at all!

When i googled and come accrss this site great about £11.00 to unlock bargain, but! This was to make sure my phone was eligible to be unlocked, it was, then i got spanked for another £27.00 to actually unlock it, it did work and was happy but! I feel it was a bit naughty and i probably should have read the small print etc etc.

They ask for price to check whether it could be unlocked or not. Then they ask separate price to unlock. And after paying that too they ask, not able to unlock use premium service to unlock. Which is the cost of mobile itself.

You are led to believe that you can get your phone network unlocked for £11.99. However, the £11.99 is merely for them to confirm the information you've already provided them, like your model and the network the phone is locked to. So in essence, stuff already know, but they charge £11.99 for the privilege of confirming your correct! Then they hit you with a further cost of £26 to actually unlock it. Absolute con.

This company is a scam. They hide their real, total price for unlocking a phone, if they even do at all, in all the endless legal jargon in terms of service. My fault for not getting my magnifying glass to scour the terms of service. A legitimate company/business would be upfront about what your $28.99 will really get you. Nothing. Another $50 to unlock phone (so they say). If course no refunds. Stay away

First, it asked for $28 to check my phone on the blacklist, then it came back and said it was clear so I have to pay an extra $37 To finish the proces so I moved $38 to a card which is not connected to my bank account.
And to my surprise, it was declined of insufficient funds. They didn't try charging $37. They try taking $45 so I decided to call it quits there wasn't gonna lose out any more money. So i'm not positive if their a scam because I didn't want to chance losing another 45 dollars if it didn't work it just seemed to unhonest to me to fallow through so decide on your own Recognize and write your review if you do try it and it worked I'd like to know but I wouldn't if I was you

Mobile blocked, no entry to Provider possible. Solution from this company: paying prepayment for checking, waiting a few days for checking the background at Provider and country of staymenr, sending "ok" and asking for more money to fix the blockage because they can do for me. I paid again, got the unblock codes and.followed the instructions. Unfortunally it doesn't work as in discription. I asked for support again by email and got the explanation it was my wrong. So far, so bad. My request was clear and they collected lots of money. They couldn't fix it, send "sorry" and a Creditnote about 1/3 of the amount I paid. I can use for upcoming orders but for sure I will never do. Even the offer I can order next, 100% working service for again €100 more us surely fake. Repayment to me? They will not do. So In my point of view it's currupt and not useful service. Sorry to say but: never again!

I was not told there would be 3 separate fee's in the beginning. This phone was not able to use a code to unlock network. I had to connect to a computer w USB to have technician unlock while following his directions.
I am happy with the service they provided

After 5 days of waiting and no word or anything I canceled my order and told them I wanted a refund after I ended up having to get help elsewhere and paid again and had it done in 30 minutes and here we are almost a month later no refund and I finally got the code that I no longer need and is a completely wasted 300 dollars

My phone is paid off, not on contract and no outstanding balance. Should be easy to unlock. Now they are trying to charge me a total of $200 to unlock my phone. Hell No! Do not use this service its a complete waste of time and money!
