Was good at first I was scared a little bit but the process went smoothly

It took two days to unlock the phone, once it was successfully unlocked, within 24 hours. It did not work and said it was reported stolen. Now I have to buy a new phone.

I've used directunlocks several times over the past few years. They have been great. I placed an order oct 29th, was only supposed to take 5-7 days. Since then I have sent 3 messages on different days with no response from them. My phone is still not unlocked and I've asked three times for a status update on what is taking so long. May have to look for other unlocking companies in the future. I've used DirectUnlocks to unlock every device that I've owned and never had any issues until now which is why I given three stars. If they do respond back and provide an update I will change the rating.

Great Customer service. I gave my number er ti the technician and he sent me instructions and was with me live all the time. Downloaded a program to use my USB by remote and it really worked. The unlock took like 10 minutes. Thank you very much. I am now enjoying my new Samsung Flip 5.

Legit able to trust first you need pay below 8 dollar to check IMEI then after you get from email which telco then you can start to check eligible term is around below 30 dollar then after completed eligible check you may need to pay 50dollar to unlock you sim lock within 48 hrs total unlock your device and they keep you update on this via your email! Came across this device and was eager to get it unlocked, obviously didn't have 1400 to pay off the device. Went to direct unlocks and got it unlocked within days.

6 hours as the carrier is as holding the paid phone hostage to keep us from changing carriers. I got it out of that situation and was able to adapt it to the new carrier!

Couldn't ask for a better service. It unlocked my iPhone 14 Pro Max completely. No Problems whatsoever.

So you give them i im number and pay 28 dollars then they send you a email and they want anothe 50 dollars for the code

At first I thought it was a scam cause man it made me pay 29.99 then 50 and it took awhile to finally unlock after the next 5 days, went on settings to see if it actually unlocked, man I was surprised to see it actually unlocked, thank good it wasn't a scam
