The unlock worked and was effortless. However very disappointed the way they charge you. Pay 11.99 for the unlock so you think but this is essentially just a check so after you pay the 11.99 they then say we can unlock your phone for 20 somrlething quid.
Why not just be upfront and say it cost 35 quid. Cheeky *****. Wouldn't use again for this reason.

Site expects me to pay an additional $63.00 after they take $29. I am reporting to the BBB as well as my credit card company. At no time on the first payment screen does it say there will be an additional charge.
Yes easy to navigate but the cost is u clear as it was £23payment to Direct Unlock which was a great price with no hassle. Then £26 for Vonafone to releash the main number this is call server contion. Don't be put off as it is still alot less hassle than the going to the shop. Beware the phone has to have been brought from same supplier. Great service from Direct Unlocked otherwise.

Decided to use Direct unlocks to unlock my P30 Pro, they charged me £11.99 to
"unlock my phone" which was only for them to
Check that it could be unlocked. The then charged me an additional £37 to actually have the phone unlocked. At this point I have already spent the £11.99 and decided to go ahead otherwise that money would have been wasted.
After a week of waiting and my phone still not unlocked I received a email saying they couldn't unlock my phone and they would have to go to Huawei Direct for them to do it, they also wanted me to pay another £40 to get this done.
I replied saying I wasn't happy with the amount of hidden charges and I wanted a full refund and I'll take it somewhere else, it's states on there website that there is 24/7 customer service, (this is not the case) I sent numerous emails over the next few weeks without any response. In the end I was stuck with loosing the money I spent or spend more and have the phone unlocked. After 3 weeks of no response I decided to pay the additional £40 as I needed the phone.
Really unhappy with the service. I will never use them again!

They charge you twice to unlock your device $28.88 just to tell you they can unlock it, and then charge another $50. To unlock it after you pay them twice then you find out it will only work if your device prompts you for unlocking code when you insert an out of network card which mine didn't, and they refused to refund my money even though they didn't even give me the code yet.

Although I thought it was only going to cost the initial £11.99, I didn't realise I had to pay the extra £26 to actually unlock it. But I didn't read the small print, just wish that was obvious before paying the first payment.
The service itself was great and fast so can't complain.
The service is fast and reliable! I was hesitant at first but everything work very well! And now I'm happy with my unlocked phone. I wish they answer emails when questions are asked though. I also feel there must be some clarity when giving indications. The phone does not show unlock until you are actually adding the new line to the phone, so I had find a new line to try it.
