I had to make two payments,one to find out the there was still a balance owed on the phone. The second payment was to pay off the balance and unlock the phone. Direct Unlocks negotiated a lower price with the cell service to pay of the phone. So I got the phone payed off and unlocked for less money than just paying the balance owed on the phone from the cell service.

The service was very good and knowledgeable. It took a while but it was worth it.

I'm using this service for the second time because they do their job. However I'm very disappointed by the billing process. The price on their site which you initially pay does not reflect the final amount which you will need to pay to make the phone unlocked. And the second payment is in several times higher than the first one. I consider this as misleading.
However, I have to admit, that the service works and I also consider it as reliable. I got both phones unlocked but it took a huge amount of money. Actually it would be easier to buy an unlocked device instead of getting the locked one and then unlock it.
Would I recommend this service? In general - yes, but probably as a backup variant if you can't get the phone unlocked elsewhere.
I personally like the services which show you the final price at the beginning much more.

I'm gunna be honest I for sure thought I was being scammed I paid 30$ then 5 mins later it asked me for 50$ more then it set a timer for 2 days 23 hrs and then a day and a half later it after it got to 32% it came back and said the phone that I had bought off Facebook for over $1000 already infact was not paid off and was locked to someone's account for almost $600 but direct unlocks negotiated a payment of $287 to unlock it so I paid that and a timer restarted and then set to 7days 23hrs and back to 0% and finally after more days it was finally at 100% and it worked perfectly! (I'm only writing this out because I was so scared that I had just been taken for 350$ and I swear I read every single comment and not one of them made me believe it was or wasn't a scam… so I hope this helps the next person I will absolutely use this service if I ever am in this situation again!

Just got my iphone 14 pro from england and had Emea lock ' it was showing a sim carrier lock with vodafone but they sorted it!

As someone who doesn't know much about technology, I found this process to go very smoothly and it was a fair price to unlock my phone.

They offer the unlock service, when you pay, you recieved another email to pay more money for the unlock service

I worried that this was a bad deal, but I took a chance and went for it. I found them by Google and was not disappointed. It took a couple days but they were able to come through with the unlock code to get my phone off the network even if it wasn't paid for completely.

I paid $75 or more trying to unlock it and didn't work

So I'm gonna be brute honest, I thought this was a scam originally, cause first they want 30$ then they charge you another 50$

However, other then that surprise fee they are legit! I got my phone unlocked and was able to use my own service on it and it made me relieved and felt like it was worth it!
