Very dissatisfied! Can get it unlocked cheaper than going through the website Vodafone recommended, which when my contracts finished even though I've been with them over 20 years I will be leaving Vodafone!

I was really skeptical at first that this wouldn't work but I got my unlock code within 3 days! It was cheaper and faster than the other sites i looked at, but definitely worth it

I had just bought a brand new straightalk phone for my daughter. Straight talk wouldn't unlock it without either a 3month service plan or I had to pay 300$. I google unlock hacks for straightalk and stumbled upon this site. I was hesitant at first. A 100$ is a lot of money these days when everyone is trying to survive but it was way better then buying 3 months service plan for a service that doesn't work in my area. So I said why not try it. I was not disappointed. It took a couple of days. Checking the status every few hours and biting my nails hoping it wasn't a scam. But 2 days later I got the unlock code in my email. Followed the directions and now I have a happy kid and saved a great deal of money. I have already started telling my friends and know I can trust this site to do what they say they can do. Thank you because I don't know what I would have done if this didn't turn out. You not only unlocked the device but you also saved me a ton of money I can use elsewhere. Thanks guys you rock!

Yo pensé que podía ser scam, pero me funcionó para el iPhone 13. Esperé alrededor de 12-15 hrs. Y ahora lo puedo usar sin problema.

The service was good but I had to wait almost a week before receiving the codes to unlock my device. Direct Unlocks kept me upto date with what was happening on the site rather than emailing which would have been better.

Pas arrivé à me servir des codes et j'aimerais être remboursé de mon achat saisie sur mon compte bancaire!

Process was straight forward and easy to undertake

Overall experience was really good,but price was a shock to pay £11.99 and think that was payment,and then to be asked for another £36 I thought overall a bit expensive so wasn't happy with the price.

The service is highly appreciated. Especially when breaking up with phone companies after so many years and they are not trying to give you your device. Or even release your number. I had issues with T-Mobile for many years now and it was just that time to let them go. Well they didn't want to let my phone number go or my devices that were paid off. It might have taken a few days but I am very please I was able to keep my phones that i spent hundreds of dollars on. When I has a concern about the unlocking process and i needed to reach out to support they answered and answered with a valued explanation.

I didnt catch the fine print on the first page of the initial unlocking. You should really put the total cost up front. But I am pleased with the outcome and total cost.

Try to find someone else who can actually unlock your phone.

Site works great I love it a lil worried at the first thought it was a scam turn out to be a great site will definitely use again.

Paid a total of 80 dollars to have my phone unlocked then get hit with a $255 dollar charge to finish my process. I will never use they scaming $#*! again. Won't even refund my money back, applied a 50 dollar credit to a service I will not use. TERRIBLE

Still Not working. They should know my phone is not compatible with AT&T as I told them the carrier I want to use but they lure me to pay for an expensive service to unlock my phone then throw itaway because it's outdated. Bad experience and waste of money. Scammers and fraud company

They failed to tell you that after you make a first payment. There's an extra $50 payment. I didn't care for that. And I didn't care for the wait time But overall i'm satisfied customer because it did work!
