I was a little concerned because it look nearly a week I thought I got jipped but no it worked! My iPhone XR is unlocked and I already put a new SIM card in it and activated it, it works fine.

Not going to lie, after being on Reddit and seeing all the scams out there, I was hesitant to try. But while reading the other reviews, I saw all stories of success and decided to go for it! For context, I have a iPhone 16 + that was locked for T-Mobile that I got from a person on the marketplace. After going to the T-Mobile Branch and being told I needed the original owner to put in that request I thought I woulnt never get it unlocked. But I came across DirectUnlocks and decided to got for it. Initially it said it would take 5 days but it only took half of that. Additionally it would keep me updated with all the information regarding request for unlocking and whatnot. Super exited with the results and would definitely try again!

Direct unlocks worked for me the support staff a helped walk me through the problems I had. If one option didn't work they refunded my money and recommended another option.
Gave them all of the details of the phone and was sent unlock codes, it did take a while more than happy with the service
Fantastic service took over 24hrs to get the codes that worked straight away payed £23.99 at 1st then had to pay another £45 that was a bit extortionate won't be using again
Great process and good at what they do. I was unlocking a Wifi Stick and not a mobile phone. Slightly different. However, you have to make two payments, this is not clear on their website. Which I think is mis-selling and leads you down the rabbit hole. You have committed £10 and then your have to pay another £30 to get the item unlocked. They do what they say, but the prices should be more up front. The other thing, make sure you check online with your mobile provider, as they can be free to unlock, especially if you are in the UK. Don't rush it, like I did. Waste of money considering I got the same code free from the mobile provider and quicker. Otherwise, would I have used them if I had know the full price of the transaction? NO. Would I have used them if the full price of the transaction what under £20 and I couldn't get it unlocked for free - Yes.
It took a while to get it done and unlocked but it works. Carrier now has no restrictions. Still expensive but honestly a lot cheaper than taking it into the phone company it's locked to. But it works tho and they're good for it if you're willing to wait the process.
The original timeframe to complete the unlock was 48hrs. My phone was ready in about 6. I was able to transfer my current service to the unlocked formerly AT&T I Phone from my android with no issues.
I have an Iphone 16 pro Max with a sim locked.It took a bit longer to unlock it, but overall I am happy.
Unlocked a 2nd hand phone that was locked to T-Mobile with a balance owed. Had to go through 3 levels. Initial check, standard unlock, advanced unlock. Each level added to the cost but after a total of about 9 days, direct unlocks came through.
I ordered to have my iPhone 14 unlocked on the 21st of April, 2025, paid the required fees, and waited for the stated duration. It would take about three (3) days to complete, but it was done in 2 days and some hours. And everything works perfectly fine. I will recommend using them for this service.
